Yes, it can. The program is really that good. The down to earth advice that this program has for it's participants is easily relatable. Once you have gone through this entire course you can look back and realize your growth for all the relationships in your life. You will see the improved health with your friends and family relationships as well as with yourself.
The self assessment is the hardest part of the course as always. But Rory and his team lead you to the realizations that are to your benefit in such a way that works for your individuality and helps you to clear the cobwebs that cloud our everyday thinking and sometimes traps us in our own emotional malfunction.

My relationship with my very triggering mother has never been the same.
Every time i would visit my family i would come back so dejected and just felt like i wasn't enough. My wife and I have been married for nineteen years and we have three children (a daughter, age 17, and sons, ages 7 and 9). Neither marriage nor parenting are “easy”, so I enrolled in this course looking to improve the relationships in my household.
