Review:
I signed up for the 7-day PRO trial of ARCHITEChTURES to test the AI engine for a 3D workflow. While the software itself has potential, the billing and cancellation process is a major red flag.
The platform states you can "cancel at any time," but the user interface makes this intentionally difficult. In my account dashboard, the "Manage your Subscription" link is displayed as plain, unclickable text. There is no functional button to disable auto-renewal or cancel the upcoming $588.00 yearly charge. I tried to cancel on 5 different browsers.
I have attempted to navigate through the Account, Subscription, and Payment tabs, and the "Cancel" functionality is nowhere to be found. This appears to be a "dark pattern" designed to trap users into a high-cost yearly subscription.
Potential users: Be very careful. If you provide your credit card details for the trial, you may find yourself unable to opt-out before the billing cycle hits.
I have sent a formal cancellation request via email to their support team. I am waiting for confirmation that my card will not be charged on February 21st. I will update this review if the company resolves this, but for now, I cannot recommend this service due to predatory UX practices.
