Some brands just really put in the effort, and architect is very much one of those. To start with the watch - I wanted something clean and minimalist and the Zephyr absolutely fits the bill. The build quality is first-rate and the engraving is done to a very high standard. It feels comfortable, well-made and elegant on your wrist. The quality of the watches is backed by a really excellent shopping experience, great customer service, rapid delivery and a reasonable price point. All-in-all, I would 100% recommend.

Perfect for a special gift engraving gives that extra special touch. Great quality and great price. Quick and easy service and watch arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Would highly recommend.

Quality of item great but have to dock a star because under the delivery sections of website there is no indication that customs fees are paid by customer and at no point at checkout. Any reputable UK company I dealt with before always let you know. I thought this was not great. The items wind's up being more expensive then expected and free delivery is misleading. I understand we are responsible for customs but it's the lack of transparency around this that I was unhappy with.

The quality of the compasses, presentation boxes tied up with matching ribbon all looked really Nice, The speed they arrived..Thank You

I just received my Architect Zephyr today. I don’t usually feel compelled to do this but I just had to reach out to say - I LOVE IT!

I’m a big-time watch lover and I have been SOOO impressed by Architect across the board.

First of all, the watch is FANTASTIC. They really have created a beautiful product. The quality, especially for the price is unlike anything I’ve come across in the countless number of pieces I’ve owned over the years. This watch at this price point is just hard to believe.

The metal feels solid and not remotely cheap. Every little part of the watch came protected with the appropriate covers. The mesh strap (I got the mesh and two leather straps) really looks premium - I’ll admit I didn’t expect it to at the price!

The service too, from the intuitive website, the rapid turnaround time from order (even with engraving) to delivery, to the quality of the box and overall presentation - I’m just SO SO happy with my purchase.

As a self-proclaimed, proud watch-nerd, I often day dream about working for a watch brand I love or even starting my own one day. The way Architect are doing it all, from top to bottom, is EXACTLY the example I would want to chase.

I hope this watch lasts me years and I get the feeling it will but honestly, if it lasts me a year - for the price and how much I love it - I’d happily just buy another to replace it; that would still be brilliant value.

Brilliant and very quick customer service! I thought my watch arrived with a scratch, which actually turned out to be my error in not removing the protective film - which made it appear to have a mark. Regardless, I received a reply to my email re this within 4 minutes of sending, on an evening too. The watch is so far perfect (after realising my mistake!) but very pleased with the speed of response and quick problem solving in getting a replacement before Christmas, had there been an issue. Recommend!
