We didn't have good experience with this company. Definitely avoid!

We were told there's no shuttle to the airport and they drove our car with us in it to drop us off.

When we were away, we could track our car and found it in a different location from where it was meant to be.

Upon return, we were told that the shuttle was 20-30min away. It arrived 1 hr later without any apologies. They called my husband several times towards the end saying they are on the way but with no explanation on why they were late.

When we got our car, there was an empty Greggs coffee cup in the car cup holder. We don't buy from Greggs and therefore definitely not ours.

This company only focuses on profit with little communication, poor customer service and is not trustworthy. Park with them at your risk if you must. I would avoid them at all cost. I strongly suspect the good reviews are fake!

Rogue traders that damaged my car and now will not even engage regards correcting the damage. No response to emails, there's no company address listed on the website and avoidance tactics when you call, so challenging to follow up with Small Claims legal action. Use them at your peril.

On its last legs and is short of time left on its MOT. Therefore I wasn’t really bothered if it was damaged or used. It’s not a great place and they weren’t happy with me not using their shuttle. It’s run out of a scrap car. My car wasn’t used and was ready for pick up. My advice if you want a stress free car park then only use this if you have a car that is worth less than the parking cost. They also don’t answer the mobile phone number or reply to messages

Do not use this car park it is extremely unprofessional and dishonest . This place is an accident waiting to happen . I have reported this car park to trading standards it is that bad . Do not use . All the good reviews left on here are fake and from staff working at the car park , even the photos are pictures taken on the car park !!! My car was used whilst I was away on holiday for over 15 miles, they had the audacity to leave bags of rubbish in it containing receipts from the airport , come on, a complete disregard for anyone’s car . When challenged they couldnt give a toss . The guy shook his head at me rudely . I’m sure this review will be followed by a good one from one of the drivers though ! This is not a legitimate business . Needs to be closed down before someone is hurt .

The main reason for the 1 star is that once we got to our car, my dash cams were both unplugged!! I previously paid a garage to professionally put the camera in, and all the cables had been pulled out meaning I now need to return to the garage to hide the cables again!

The pick-up wasn’t great either: they said it would take 30 mins, but ended up taking over an hour, and with little communication from the company. I had to call them several times to find out that they wanted me to go to a different floor and zone. The van was also dirty, and the driver was terrible

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this parking service. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly charged an additional £14 fee for both drop-off and pick-up, something that was not disclosed at the time of booking.The condition of the car park was also unacceptable. It was filthy, and our suitcases became completely dirty during the short transfer between our car and theirs.To make matters worse, on our return we were left waiting for almost two hours after calling to confirm we were ready for collection. This delay caused significant inconvenience and shows a clear lack of organisation and respect for customers.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Transparency, cleanliness and punctuality are essential — none of which were delivered.

It’s £14 for two passengers for the shuttle to and from the airport which is not clear on booking. Very unprofessional

I left my car here for just under four weeks while I was away travelling. The parking area is not really a proper car park; it is essentially a dirt track, which was not what I expected. On top of the parking cost, you also have to pay £14 each way for the drop-off and collection service. I also had to pay an additional £20 because I ended up collecting my car one day earlier than originally booked.

Unfortunately, the customer service from the staff was extremely disappointing. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting to be dropped off at the airport, two members of staff were actually arguing with each other, which became quite heated and frightened another customer’s child.

The experience upon my return was even worse. When I called to arrange my collection from the airport, the staff repeatedly hung up the phone on me. When someone eventually answered, they were extremely rude. I was then left waiting for over an hour to be collected.

This was particularly frustrating after already travelling for around 27 hours. After such a long journey, the last thing you want is to be left waiting at the airport with no clear communication or indication of when you will be collected.

Overall, I would not recommend this service. The condition of the parking area, the additional charges and, most importantly, the extremely poor customer service made the whole experience very disappointing.

I really recommend this car parking service, very quick and easy. Driver Adeem was really helpful.

Incurred extra charges. A complete lack of communication with very little professionalism. We were being told different things from 2 workers making us wait 45 minutes- 1 hour for our pickup from
the airport. Very shady looking location and an honest lack of care. Spend the extra money and use purple parking, it’ll save you stress.

Adeem(driver) did pick me up in no waiting time actually... Was there in the collection point by the time I got there... Cheap and easy to use... Would recommend to anyone..

DO NOT USE. AVOID
I dont even know where to start with this review.
• Our transfer to the air port was horrific, we were told to get into a transit van with another family, not enough seats for everyone so none of us were able to use seat belts. The drive was down the motorway! The other family were equally as horrified as us. It was so bizarre that I think we all just thought surely this isn't what they taking us to the airport in but it was.
•It is not a secure car park, it is in a dusty field with cars crammed in every where.
• it is 'run' out of a broken down car.
• Our car had obviously been driven whilst we were away.
• it is about 20 minutes away from the airport.
• They use old transit vans which are clearly on their last legs, I wouldn't be surprised if they broke down on the journey

AVOID

I took a picture of my mileage upon arriving at this so called car park. After my holiday I returned and realised my car had been used over 15 miles, my car seat was in an almost laid back position and all my driver settings were changed. When challenged they said the car was moved to a different compound (which I do not believe) the so called car park itself is basically a field with zero lighting and looks very dodgy. The transfer vehicles they use to take passengers is almost as old as my grandma and falling to bits and dirty inside and out. Avoid at all costs - these people are dodgy and shouldn’t be trusted.

DO NOT USE - VERY DODGY
they used my car, adding 17 miles onto it while I was away, using my petrol and littering my car.
Also, they were rude and denied it.
The car park was dusty and dirty.
