I have tried to reach to Arcplan regarding amendments of my plans they got wrong and also my plans I paid for have not been logged/submitted with my local authority. Planning enforcement are telling me to remove my outbuildings. A builder has tried to contact Arcplan as they didn't understand the plans. They got no reply. I am getting no response. A planning enforcement officer has tried to contact you but cannot. I will be taking legal action to recoup £5000.
