I bought shoes last year in Nov n fought to get them here for a Christmas gift. Guess what they sent me the wrong shoes. Talk to one person n he reassured me it would be fixed. Here I am still trying to get my dang shoes. They did send a replacement months later but a 39 not a 44. So as we speak they wanted pictures as I sent so many of and now they want more. It’s clear in my pictures they r wrong size but I want the right shoe n the right dang size. I even offered to send them back 2times. Be very careful with these peeps. Shady as all get up. Still waiting ugh disappointed all together

This place is a complete SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not I repeat buy anything from this place. They told me I put the wrong address when I placed my order and you can clearly see on the email that the email I put matches the email I had to confirm for delivery was the same address I used when ordering. When I called USPS they said the shoes were delivered in another state and when I tried to get a refund they informed me that I could get a 50% discount to reorder something else. Are you freaking kidding me. NO I WANT MY 100 BUCKS

I ordered a pair of NFL shoes for my husband's birthday. They were very cheaply made and something he would never wear. They put a fake Nike swish on there to make you think you're getting a quality product.

When I asked to return the shoes for a refund, they refused. They said they
were personalized because we chose one of their advertised team logos and we ordered them in a size 11. They offered a 50% discount on buying yet another tacky pair of shoes we'd never wear. They have horrible customer service and could care less about customer satisfaction. We've basically wasted $70. Buyer beware!!

Poor this company makes cheap item that don’t even look like the items online, they are a fraud and don’t give refunds DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!! Very disappointed

I ordered Michigan State Spartan tennis shoes for my GrandSon & I am pleased with my purchase. They are not Nikes BUT they weren't advertised as such. They responded to my email when I was wondering why the shoes didn't arrive after 3 weeks & they arrived today. 1 month to get here but I'm glad I bought these. Great buy for the price in my case. Thank You

This company sells junk/knockoff shoes. I ordered Nikes and they sent some really low quality, cheap sneakers with the Nike swoop painted on. They also take over a month to ship their crap to you.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

These are cheap knock offs. Embarrassed to actually wear them. Don't waste your money like I did.

I ordered a pair of shoes at the middle of November. I continue to email them I continue to get dates they will arrive those days have come and gone it's almost end of January and still nothing. I've demanded a refund but still nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

I ordered shoes from this company, and it's taken 2 months for my order to arrive. They don't give updates and their customer service is terrible. Never order from this company. I don't know how they're even in business.

I bought a pair of Tom and Jerry “crocs” clogs in a size 8 which I always wear an 8 in Crocs when they came they were too short and then I noticed on the sole they were not really crocs and when I reached out they offered me a 50% off code to buy a new pair which I don’t think I should have to do because it was their false advertising that made me get the wrong size so then when I tried to use the 50% off code it said coupon limit reached and wouldn’t let me buy them so again I reached out and they said place your order and we will refund you like I would trust them again buyer beware you won’t get what your paying for

I ordered shoes on 11/24/24 which were supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is now 1/10/25 and I never received the order. The "tracking information" seems bogus. I have asked for a refund and the Company refused. I believe this Company is a scam.

Somone tell me why these are taking so long?? I have been waiting for my order for over a month now. It says that there in “transit” but it’s been like that fore quite awhile

Let us know it will take 20 days to make another 3 to 5 to ship could bought same shit on Amazon had it in 3 days but went with this joke of a company instead then they off 20% discount on next order cause it's late like I'd ever recommend or order from Articfootwear again ordered 12/14/24 it's 1/5/25 no shoes in sight shit they might get here before the superpower. They are not nikes just crocs.

Not Nikes. Not the correct sizes, fake cheap shoes and they refused to acknowledge any of this. Company also says located in the UK these didn’t even come in an appropriate box or good shipping, it was in a plastic bag and plastic shipping mailer. Not a quality product and definitely not $100 product. Don’t fall for it

This company takes almost 2 months to ship one item!!! And gives you no updates in the meantime!!! Try somewhere else

I purchased a pair of sneakers from these folks over a month ago. The only way to reach them is via email and they only communicate between 2-5am EST. When I asked them the status of my order, the answer is always the same that “my order is in the mail” and “please be patient”. The tracking information never moves. It’s just Stuck. I asked for a refund for the non-delivered item and they refuse to do so telling me that I just have to wait until the shoes arrive whenever that is if ever that is their customer service is terrible and their email response is almost Word for Word every time they respond to me And there’s no phone number for me to call and talk to someone. I have contacted PayPal to try to get my money back because emailing with them is a waste of time. Beware of this company, they are clearly overseas somewhere and have no idea if or when the shoes are coming but they sure have my money and aren’t giving it back even though I never received the product. Bad seller.

Unique customized product with good value for the money, not available elsewhere. Not great - long arrival time (4 weeks), lack of a customer service number or online chat, and sizing was a tad small; consider ordering 1/2 size larger. I'm finding this consistent with ordering from other Chinese companies like furlidaysplus.com and angelnheaven.com. I have no experience with returns but am assuming it is nonexistent since the item is customized. Keeping these expectations in mind, I would order from them again.

They are very efficient when it comes to communicating. I started out worrying. They put my mind at ease. My order finally arrived . I was surprised, but was very please. I'll definitely order again. I believe you'll be just as satisfied as I was!
