Sizing wrong, won’t refund the full amount, tiny print for final sale items saying no refunds. Almost all clothing was at reduced price. No mention of final sale. Buy from a well known company with fantastic returns like Next. The have a Pixie range for petite fit.

Total scam! Clothes are poorly fitting cheap rubbish of thin cotton or polyester not the linen as described.
Want a full refund and nit getting any response.
They are claiming that they are closed.

If you used this company, I hope you've kept good records of your dealings with them, as I have:

I received two items of clothing. One was a cheap polyester version of a "linen" shirt, the other was Ok but not right for me. After lengthy email correspondence, customer services agreed to refund and gave me a mailing address. My return parcel was delivered there on 29 April. It's now 11 May and there's been no notice or sign of a refund. Searching the internet today I see the company is purporting to be closed. I'll continue to pursue my refund and seek advice.
UPDATE 16 May: I have received a refund but not for the full amount. A sum of £24.91 has been retained without explanation. I have raised this with customer services but they have gone quiet . . . I'll let you know how I get on.

Absolute scam company now claiming to be closed so no recourse for refund. Items supposed to be linen but are cheap and nasty. My own fault for buying from Facebook.

This company says it has now closed! Thank goodness. Obviously not a genuine UK company as the clothes came directly from China. My top was listed as being linen, it clearly wasn’t and is made from polyester! Such a scam. Wished I’d checked Trust pilot before I ordered such an awful item of clothing and wasted my money!

Order arrived. one item faulty. Sizing inconsistant. Requested a return/refund. Offered an exchange. Replacements arrived. Fit still variable. One item sold as Linen, label says Polyester and Elastane. Requested a return and refund.
Flat refusal. Claimed all sorts of spurious clauses for why not. Non of them actually in the website. I have repeatedly pointed out that goods were miss sold due to mis labelling and sizing, and that they were making up policies on refund that did not exist in their refund policy on the website.
They have now gone silent on me, and I see on the website that they are folding! Rubbish.

Very happy with my order I'm a petite woman who struggles to find the right sizing and fit for the majority of my clothes and fashion outlets don’t really cater to our fits but Arden street do it right for once the jeans fit perfect for a size 8 and I didn't need to do an exchange for once! I gave Arden a try and ordered the elara blouse with the woven flats and the quality was good and the shipping timing was on time.

My second review on this company. I finally got a return address but they are only willing to refund 70% of the cost price as they claim the jeans were on sale. They were not classified as a sale item when I bought them.

Buyer beware.
I purchased an Elara linen blouse only when it arrived it was ill fitting and the label on the garment said 95% Polyester and 5% elastane certainly not linen as advertised.
They try to persuade you not to return the item and say there will be a 30% restocking fee.
Many weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.

My order came direct from China. I was under the impression this was a British company. The trousers and top were so crumpled and looked like something I could have bought off a market stall. I wasn't impressed with the quality but as I bought them at a reduced price I decided to keep but will not be using this company again.

Do not be fooled. The items are not made in the UK. They come from the far east. My trousers arrived (after 2 weeks+) without a button hole. I was told another pair of jeans were being sent and there has been silence ever since from the company.

This review would have been 5 star but was slightly disappointed with the shipping time... it took a bit longer than expected but in terms of the sandals I bought they fit well and the material is good

Really happy with my order I ordered the Olly denim Jumpsuit and the fit is perfect for someone who's 5ft 1 who struggles to find the right size it came in the right fit.
