Rafael was professional and friendly. He arrived a half hour early and was very helpful in getting my husbands’s scooter and rollator in the back of his van. When we arrived at the airport we realized my husband’s Mickey Mouse hat with pins was missing. Before I could call to check on it my neighbor sent me a text it was in the mailbox at home. We are so grateful! We appreciate Rafael & Area Car Service!

Charles was on time, safe driver and arrived even earlier than scheduled. We
enjoyed the ride and will be requesting him for our return trip.

We have nothing to say but good things. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and there was no issue with changing the pickup time. Our driver arrived quickly and the car was comfortable and spotless. Thank you for bringing us home efficiently and safely after a long trip!

we used area car service both to and from Tweed Airport in CT, both cars were quite roomy, clean AND the drivers were courteous, professional and quite helpful loading our luggage and assisting my wife in and out of the car, big Kudos

David Williams and team made the process very easy. I had to change my pickup times more than once and they were willing to accommodate. Their driver, Freddy, was on time and communicative in advance, and leading up to the pickup.

my experience with the area Car service was wonderful. They were on time they confirmed every time I call they were wonderful. They got to the airport on time. The drivers were wonderful Daniel and Daniella all good things. I’m gonna recommend them to more people and we’re gonna use them again for our next trip next year.

We were a group of 6 with a lot of luggage heading out on a cruise from Brooklyn. I ended up scheduling 3 pick ups through a
Area Car Service. They we all early for the pick up and adjusted times to accommodate changing times. Very professional drivers and nice vehicles. We were able to get a last minute rescheduled flight out of Hartford after the snowstorm. But we were in Providence, 2 hours away and needed a 6am pickup. None of the first four services we contacted could help. But we got an appointment from Area Car Service.

Our driver was at the driveway at 5:45am. It was a difficult trip because the snow started up again. But our driver had a great mix of safety and efficiency under these difficult circumstances. Thanks to him, we made it home last night.

I ordered this car service on an early morning directly after the New York area experienced what has been called the worst blizzard in a century. The driver arrived about five minutes before his scheduled time of 7 AM. He helped me over a huge mound of snow piled up from the sidewalk outside my highrise in New Rochelle, and drove so carefully to my appointment at the main Mount Sinai Hospital in upper Manhattan for a crucial cardiac appointment. To say that this car service is impeccable is an understatement. They checked on my every need. You will not find this with Uber or Lyft. And they are a locally owned business. I shall use them again— and soon!

Cars were in top condition, drivers were pleasant and good drivers. Took them from Westchester to JFK in the snow. Was early at my home, good, safe drive.
Return from LGA, waited while my bags came at slowly. Luka was polite and helpful. Will use this service again.

This was one of the worst black car rides Iʻve ever had. The driver kept getting off the highway to take surface streets and the ride was 40 minutes longer than it needed to be. Even after telling him to stay on the highway he got off 21 to take us through downtown Newark only to get back on 21. He did not provide an explanation for these detours - it wasnʻt traffic, we checked our gps apps and there was no traffic to avoid. I will never book your service again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid using your service. No where near the level of service expected for the price. If I was allowed to give zero stars I would have.

I called to get a quote for a ride from Teterboro airport in New Jersey down the street to a rental car place. The drive on google maps is 2.2 miles. I have two dogs and some luggage. They quoted me $210 for this trip. They tried hard to price gouge me and failed. Steer clear of these thieves by all means. You can easily get uber for much less

Area Car Service was fantastic. Price was competitive. They provided confirmation of our two bookings, as well as appropriate communication about pickup and driver information. Drivers provided great service - they were timely, helpful with lots of luggage, and provided a good ride in spite of traffic and road construction. I would totally use them again!
