Placed order on 3rd June not received anything emailed them3 times no reply or correspondence off them would recommend to say away just a set of scammed.

Avoid this company. I ordered goods on 30th May. No sign of them whatsoever and they don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. They are a bunch of scammers

Ordered xl T-shirt and large shorts and received large T-shirt and shorts and never received other T-shirt and shorts try to get in touch no avail 2 months now pure scammers

I ordered pink 3 piece on monday 1st of june was expected Thursday the 4th june were now the the 8th and not had any update or anything scammers

Customer service is ridiculous you don’t get a reply. I ordered on the 18th for next day delivery still have not recieved it.

Ordered 2 tracksuits over a week ago said it was out for delivery on the 28th of may and Royal Mail still hasn’t received it. Iv emailed them and got in touch on social media and still no reply.

Placed a order on Wednesday 27th and got 2 sets pink and the teal colour one now Monday and still not received I selected 2/3 days shipping 5 days later still nothing I’ve emailed the company and haven’t awnserd and seeing the reviews is making me think if this is a masive scam job

Wouldn’t order from here again sent all the wrong sizes and no jacket now can’t even get a reply instead of large and XL sent me large medium one set large XXL in another set? Now can’t get in contact with any one plus like a week to ship

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Worse Customer Service I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Arete has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased two clothing sets from them, and both turned out to be complete disasters. After just one 30-degree wash — following all care instructions to the letter — the colours ran badly, completely ruining the garments. For a brand that presents itself as high-quality, this is simply unacceptable. What made things even worse was their customer service. I reached out to explain the issue, expecting a reasonable response or at least some willingness to help. Instead, I received vague, disinterested replies with no accountability and absolutely no urgency in resolving the matter. It’s clear they’re not interested in standing behind their products once they’ve made the sale. There’s been no offer of a replacement, refund, or even a proper apology — just dismissive messages that go nowhere. The whole experience has been frustrating and frankly a waste of money. Save yourself the trouble. The quality isn’t there, and neither is the support if anything goes wrong.

Ordered 3 piece set ( shorts, t shirt and jacket) The jacket was too big , contacted Areteco and he advised to send back the jacket and he would send me a smaller jacket. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend

The price and quality of these sets are second to none there comfy, durable and waterproof. Arete have became my go to company for these type of sets there customer service is also fantastic would definitely recommend

The shorts were xl when am a large

Places order and never received due to post men leaving out side contacted arete straight away and without any hesitation they sent me out another order with different stock as items were out of stock next day delivery received

Great quality size is perfect fit and is great in both hot and cold weather

Will be ordering from them more often as colour ways look wicked
