I like the product it works well for me. My muscle tester tested me for one a day after I started on to a day and he approved that one but now it's to one. I cannot get this thing to stop coming they keep charging me and sending me three bottles at a time. Have five bottles on my shelf there is no place I see to change the frequency or pause the prescription. . I can't afford to be paying all this money for all this product that I'm not going to use for months and I could be dead before I get it all gone.

I purchased NAD supplements for US$57.00 and the product is fake!!! I saw the advert on Tiktok with a promised that the product was authentic - what a bold face lie! In addition not only did they not send tracking info for shipping but the product took forever to be delivered. I had to write for proof of payment or any reference number to track status of my order. Please stay away from purchasing their product and save your hard earn money!

I feel sorry for all yaw who have had a bad experience but I have had a great one so far. The customer service agent answered all my qiestions the next day. I received the products 3 days before scheduled and after just 2 weeks I'm seeing small results. I'm excited to see how ill look at my 3 month mark.

I ordered the product more than 1 month ago. so far, never received:
- wrote 3 emails to customer support responding that the product would be delivered from US in 5/7 days
- the tracking was instead showing that it was shipped from China
- Asked for refund to customer care and no one is answering

Be careful they are scammers, they say they claim to be an American company but the products are shipped from China, be careful! Who knows what is inside those products, even Chinese people do not trust their own medications.
