My jacket is gorgeous!! This jacket is gorgeous and VERY warm. My sister purchased from the company first and after seeing her jacket I decided to give them a try. I had a mix up in communication regarding my jacket being shipped but the seller responded very quickly and everything worked out fine.

I ordered recently one for 550€ !!! It is made in china fake coat !!! Still I am waiting for response to return it !!! Scam 😡😡😡😡 not trustable SHOP!!!!
Does anyone got Refund from them?!

After reading some of the bad reviews i really started to worry and hope that everything goes well with my order. I did get an Confirmation email after ordering, but never got an email with the shipment tracking. Today I got the package which was relatively small and packed in a plastic bag. At first I thought this would be a total fail but after unpacking i was absolutely in love. The coat is truly amazing and sizing fits perfectly. Also to mentioned is that the coat is surprisingly lightweight, which is really great and comfortable to wear. So all in all the product itself is amazing!!! Only things i didnt like was that i didnt get an email with tracking and that the package came in a little plastic bag which i think is a bit unfitting when buying a coat for 500-700€

Non è nemmeno una pelliccia vera , non ho intenzione di rispedire un pacco a mio carico senza aver ricevuto un rimborso leggendo le varie recensioni! Non acquistate perché vendono tutte cineserie altro che pelliccia di volpe

This company is a SCAM!! I wish I would have read these reviews first. I ordered a fur and what I recieved was a coat made out of blanket. I returned the coat and am now waiting for a refund. Unfortunately after reading these reviews I'm not sure it will happen.

Manteau commandé et reçu en 8 jours par DHL..le manteau paraît d’excellente qualité, à voir dans le temps, car pensant que le manteau avait été fabriqué dans l’entreprise basée à Rimini en Italie, j’ai découvert que ce manteau provenait de Chine.. du coup j’ai un doute sur la qualité dans le temps .. sinon il est vraiment en fourrure de renard, agréable à porter..

Ho fatto il reso di una pelliccia ma dopo un mese che il pacco risulta essere arrivato a destinazione non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. Devono restituirmi 390€. Ho dovuto pagare 30€ si spedizione all’ufficio postale per rispedire il pacco!!! Quindi sono in attesa di ricevere 420€!!!!! Aspetterò la fine di Aprile e poi procederò con una bella denuncia.

Scammed me out of £1000 when told to return items as I was unhappy with the quality. They advertise the fur coats are from Italy with an Italian website but they came from China. Ordered before Christmas as presents, ignored my emails until the end of January as they didn’t want me to be able to return the items and finally provided an address!! At the beginning of the pandemic they told me to send them back to China but they never accepted the postage and the last I heard the parcel was in the Chinese sorting office and I couldn’t get it back! £1000 they scammed me out of! Even used PayPal but they wouldn’t correspond to PayPal. Got nowhere! Beware horrendous fake Chinese fur & money stealing scum!!
