Bought a pair of pants and the sizing was waaay off. They were apparently on sale and you cannot return them. Only store credit. I was furious. Most stores have written in red lettering NO RETURNS. This is fraud.

I recently placed an order and requested for a return for some of the items since almost 2 weeks ago. Until today they still haven't sent me a return shipping label even though I've been following up with them every single day. No one ever replies if you send email to Aritizia Concierge and if you try to do live chat no associate is available. And it's not practical for me to call their number as I don't live in US/Canada. Their customer service is horrible!!!! No one ever replies your emails it's so ridiculous.

I recently ordered pants online because they didn’t have my size in the store. It was on sale but at no point when I was checking out did it indicate that the standard return policy wouldn’t apply. When I received the items they fit oddly so I decided to return them. Turns out, any item on sale - even if it’s something they always carry and is in a color that’s part of their core collection - is only returnable for store credit. This feels like a scam seeing as they’ve been selling their effortless pants for years and will undoubtedly be doing so for many more years. Well they’ve certainly lost a customer here. I would not have purchased these if I’d know there was a chance I wouldn’t be able to return them if they didn’t fit. I always check as I checkout to make sure there are no final sale notices and nothing came up. It feels exploitative and especially from a company that doesn’t need to be that way and can definitely afford to put customer service first.

Artizia blacklisted me and won't refund for package that was never delivered. FedEx said they delivered my package, but it never was. I asked my apartment concierge, who was at the front desk at the supposed time of delivery, and he said FedEx didn't come that morning. I also asked the concierge at other buildings, but they said FedEx didn't deliver that morning. Aritzia not only blacklisted me, but won't refund me for a package I never received.

For everyone in NL; I ordered two jackets and I didn’t have to pay any import duties. However, I need to return them and this has been an annoying process.
You need to request a return label, this is not an automated process. Through email they respond slowly (4-7 days in my experience), so you can start a chat on their website. There it can take up to an hour before they respond, which can be annoying because you have to hang around your computer/phone until they respond. The customer support employees are very friendly but it’s just a very slow process; it took me 30 minutes of conversation before they were able to REQUEST a return label for me that I will receive in 24 hours (another day of waiting). So although they are very friendly, it is a hassle to get a return label; a process that has been automated within many companies.
So I would say 5 stars for the kindness of the employees but 1 star for the Aritzia international return process, which they mention in all of their emails as ‘super easy’.

Non refundable…
I hate that they have a non refundable policy about items purchased on sale specially during black Friday in the US. In addition, their sizes are strange. I ordered a skirt in size 6, exchanged it for a size 8 and still did not fit (when according to their online size guide it should). Now I'm going to get store credit instead of a refund. In addition I purchased the Effortless pants in size 8 and they are very tight. Now I'm afraid to return. Also I'm still awaiting for them to refund my cancelled items. I have a skirt and pants which are too tight and a pending $700 return. It's a mess. They make nice clothes but keep in mind the clothes are mostly polyester or poly blend and most items are made in China might want to check Amazon first before shopping at Aritzia

Cancelled order still not refunded in Afterpay
I made an online order for instore pickup that I cancelled well within the 30 minute time frame. I paid by Afterpay, and it's been 9 business days since the cancellation, and I still have not received my Afterpay refund. They keep telling me it can take up to 10 business days, but at this point I'm dubious that it will be done within this time frame. There also seems to be a misunderstanding on customer service's part of how Afterpay actually works. I've reached out to Afterpay, and they won't help me either, leaving the onus on the merchant, only Aritzia doesn't seem interested in helping me all that much. I'm still expected to pay for a cancelled order, it would seem. They are effectively stealing my money at this point, and I've lost all trust in them as a company.

I can order from RW&co, same quality and price range and never pay a shipping fee for online orders. I recently discarded a purchase because of the shipping charge, was unable to opt for “ship to store” at no charge, and store was out of stock.

Since l found out the Duchess of Sussex (Meghan Markle) brought some of her clothes from Aritzia and were very reasonably priced, l had to take a look for myself. I'm not made of money, far from it, but the quality, quantity and prices were affordable and l've bought several items of clothing from Aritzia. Dresses, jeans, blazers. The quality of the material used isn't cheap. Everything keeps it's shape and you look a million dollars in whatever you wear from Aritzia. Despite living in the UK, where you do have to pay extra at customs separately to the overall order once it reaches the UK, this hasn’t put me off or deterred me from buying from Aritzia. I always receive compliments when l wear any of my Aritzia clothing either to work or functions or just out casually in one of the many blazers l bought from Aritzia. Yes, it can end up abit more costly, as you have to pay customs once your order reaches the UK, but once you've paid it, your goods arrive within 48hrs. Always packed/packaged extremely well. Never any damage to the packaging in all the years, yes, that's right, l said, years. As it has been years l've been buying some of my clothing from Aritzia and l'm unlikely to stop.

Would give zero if I could. Website did not mention shipping to the uk would mean I am obliged to pay a huge amount of tax, only saying that I may be subject to paying some duty fees. Came as a surprise when FedEx messaged me saying I have to pay £78 tax.This is almost 50% of the puffer jacket’s price. Byatch, screw you.

Read the reviews and listen. Customs charges are as much as the products themselves. Customer service, although polite, won't provide good will gesture discounts or partial refunds to assist with this fee "to be fair" - not worth it in the UK sorry! Unsure of the quality because not arrived yet :(

The refund never came, I call and wrote emails and reach out online for 2 months, and still there is no answer! Everytime they will tell you that the store will call you back, but they never do! Please reply back!

The Aritzia site specifically says Aritzia UK I would expect the goods to come from a UK warehouse. I will not be buying from Aritzia again very misleading.
Do not order from UK
I ordered an item of clothing to the UK with free delivery. The item didn’t fit so I returned it. All seemed fine and well until I was quoted around $45 for the return, something which I was not made clearly aware of before my purchase. This charge was written in small print somewhere on the website and it could be made more obvious for buyers.
After agreeing to pay the return price, I thought this would be the end of Aritzia’s extortionate return prices. This was until I received a letter from FedEx asking for £109 in taxes (around 50% the cost of the item itself), alongside an absurd letter in the same envelope from Hungary demanding approximately €2000 euros for ‘premium insoles’ and other items which I did not buy. I asked the customer service about this second letter inside the FedEx envelope and neither they nor FedEx could not pinpoint where it came from. I lost trust in both Aritzia and FedEx as companies.
I will never order from Aritzia again- this is the worst experience I have ever had with a clothing company.
