This is a great course. The website works well and customer service is very responsive either through email or phone call.

I had no problems or issues logging in or setting my account. Sign up was easy and the course was eazy peezy lemon squeezy. If you have eye problems please wear your glasses and take eye rest breaks. This is a great company. 👍 Thank you guys 😊

The sign up process had initially concerned me when I realized I had to wait for the course to be ‘unlocked’. I was expecting a delayed response but your excellent rep, MARIA REBOLLEDO, responded within 5-10 mins! She is the MVP 🔥 — The course was ridiculously tedious as some slides were literally 1 sentence and it still gave me 2 whole mins to read it.

My child loved being able to do this online as he has social anxiety. He was comfortable online.

Sometimes make you wait 2 minutes just to read one sentence or two, which takes me 10 seconds. There was one part that was just a picture with no words, and I had to wait 2 minutes to click next.
Also, everything is over explained in the most complicated way. It took a paragraph just to explain what a red light is. And the sentences were too difficult to comprehend. People who aren't that smart or don't speak English that well are not going to benefit or learn from this, and will just keep clicking next for completion rather than learning anything. I'm a law student and still had trouble visualizing most of the situations and it took way too much effort to understand the most simple scenarios.

It was efficient and simple to register and take the course. I had to do my initial registration at night and had to download documents late. They responded that night and had me registered and ready to go. It was self-explanaotry and easy to get on an off the course. My only complaint would be the large numbers of grammatical errors. It made it hard to understand the meaning at times.

The timer to read each module was way too high, I feel its purposely long to meet a 4 hr time minimum. Also if the voice over feature was free that would greatly improve this driving school experience. Locking the voice over feature behind a pay wall seems greedy, everybody thinks they are virtual learners but audio is key. Use the voice over feature to enhance your driving school, don't exploit it for profit. Some lady named Angelica (i think) helped me out when i called the customer service number, she new exactly why my e-mail wouldn't send and recommended the correct solution. Add a feature to upload the citation, drivers license, and other copies of paperwork onto your website, e-mailing attachments is kind of out dated. Over all it was a pretty decent driving school experience.

this coarse was EXCELLANT!

This was a great driving school, it was intuitive and helpful. When emailing, a nice woman named Eleanor helped me. Great overall!

I had a great experience, the feedback from Tess Mendoza helped me out a lot. Other schools I tried were not nearly as smooth to use and get help.

This is my first time for this kind of thing. I want to say thank you to Tess Mendoza for accommodating me in this whole process. Thank you very much and to all the staff of NiSE. They are indeed nice people.
