Yolanda was very helpful and explained every thing very clearly

First time with this company.
Priya was very helpful in cancelling one cover and proposing another more in line with my request for building insurance.

Took out unoccupied home insurance while the sale of mum's property was ongoing as mum had alzheimers and had to go into care.
Called to cancel once the property was sold, sadly the same time mum passed away.
These DO NOT refund anything for terminating the policy early.
Will never use them again

Claimed for water leak by patio escape of water they approved and said go ahead then refused to pay claim dealt with woman called Fran holdsworth rubbish company stay away

Worst home insurer - Arkel underwriting - arranged by Intelligent Insurance. Filed a complaint 3 months back for tracing and repairing a water leakage that had happened. No response and no follow up from the claims handlers CPA adjusting! It was very difficult to file claim and speak to anyone from CPA adjusting who almost never picks the phone.

Awful firm. unqualified staff. had to go legal with them to even get a proper response. case ongoing

Wouldn't touch them with a barge poll. 2.5 years on having put our house repairs in the hands of their agents builders. I have nails sticking out of walls, plug sockets uncovered and everything is a fight.

Horrendous claims service and would not recommend them to anyone. They don’t answer there phones and use every delay tactic possible to payout- avoid!!

If Kary is as good looking as she is professional, she is a super model.
