Do not buy from this company. I ordered 3 pod refills and they came in all spilled out because of poor packaging. Well after two different chat conversations and pictures of the pods. It took forever to get them to send me only one pod refill. It’s exhausting trying to communicate with these people. They are crooked!!!

This company isn’t even a 1 star ! It’s a full on scam to get you to subscribe. I thought I was buy diffuser a scent not a subscription. They keep taking money. Which is theft ! Even though I have reached out to customer service.

They'll call & text you 15+/day. Avoid!
I ordered for the 1st time 11:30pm on a Saturday night. By 3pm Tuesday, I had received 14 calls, 14 VM messages, and 9 texts (various numbers). I chatted with a rep of Aroma360 at 5:30pm Monday, cancelled the order.
Update: Cancelled. Email confirm. A360 email reminding me that my subscription package is getting ready to ship. Chatted with rep. Oh! They cancelled the order but NOT the subscription.
Everything cancelled, credit received on card.

Biggest mistake of my life to buy in…
Biggest mistake of my life to buy in with these people. Got two large machines from them one of the ones that they sent me was a refurbished unit even though I paid premium price for it. Then had issues getting the key sent so that I could change out the oils within that unit finally got a brand new unit. Had issues with oils being sent to me. They went at least 2 to 3 months without sending me any which I’ve already paid and having my legal team now look at it. Customer service is very poor. Whatever you do do not buy from them.

Horrific
Horrific, I purchased 2 reed diffusers to use in the bathroom and they do not work. I called was kept on hold forever was disconnected and was finally told that those diffusers were for decoration however the description says diffusers and was told that they could not refund my money because the box was opened. Will never purchase anything from them again and advise you to do the same
Aroma 360 order issue
Today I order a diffuser from Aroma 360..Hotel Collections.
As.soon as I placed the order online I got a call from salesman from a 561 area code trying to upsell a bigger and better and more expensive model.
We finally ended up ordering a 12x12 diffuser.
The salesmen agreed to refund the price of the smaller diffuser of $106.
The order info emailed to me was for the $106 model.
Now the salesmen won't answer my call email or text me back.
Beware ordering from Aroma 360.
I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with Aroma360. They are extremely aggressive when it comes to enrolling customers in their monthly subscription program. I purchased the DaVinci scent diffuser for $199, which required a 3-year oil subscription at $112 per month (they later reduced it to $85, which still felt excessive). The sales representative was very convincing and assured me I could try the diffuser for a month and cancel if I didn’t like it and that I would receive a refund. That turned out not to be true.
Once you actually use the diffuser to test how it works, you are no longer eligible for a refund. That makes no sense — how else are you supposed to know if the diffuser is right for your home without trying it? In my case, the scent was far too intense and gave me headaches. I returned the unit assuming I would be refunded, but I wasn’t.
On top of that, communication was extremely poor. Unless you proactively call to confirm they received the return and that your subscription is canceled, they continue charging you monthly. I had to call multiple times to resolve the issue.
To be fair, the customer service agents themselves were polite. But the company’s policies and subscription practices feel misleading and frustrating.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing or enrolling in their subscription program.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am not an allergic person, but I suffered a severe allergy to the diffuser oils requiring several trips to my physician eventually necessitating oral steroids to suppress the allergy. I informed Aroma 360 that I would need to cancel the subscription to which they replied I would need to submit a doctor's note. I did so and they never responded. I sent the doctor's note again and again no response. I called the company and they said they had to verify that they got the letter which they were able to do and said I would hear back in 3-5 business days with the resolution. They also emailed me confirming I would hear back in 3-5 business days. I heard nothing back in 3-5 business days so I called again at which time they tried to tell me they had not received the doctor's note. After another 30 minutes on the phone they admitted they did have the doctor's note and again said they would escalate it to management to help facilitate the cancellation. Not suprisingly, I did not hear back again, and as I am writing this review I am back on the phone them and they once again tried to tell me I had to submit a doctor's note. I read their emails right back to them confirming they have all of the information, and now they are telling me it's at least a 14 day review period despite the fact that their email says 3-5 business days. I have demanded to speak to a supervisor, and they are refusing to connect me with anyone. At this time I will be contacting my credit card company to try to cancel from that angle, but heed my warning and stay away from this fraudulent company with allergy inducing oils.
Terrible customer service and scent shipping
I ordered a diffuser that came with a scent subscription as a package deal. The scent was sent separate from the diffuser, the first scent package was broken and the scent all over my mailbox. I spent hours trying to contact their customer service, finally I got through and they sent a replacement -- which was the wrong scent AND was also broken -- all over my mailbox. I spent more hours trying to get through to their customer service, before I could get through the subscription kicked in and a 3 scent bottle was sent, which... was also broken.
Customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of, they did NOT refund my $ for the diffuser even though I was never able to use it and obviously they have a huge problem in their shipping department.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AROMA 36 is a joke of a company. Customer service has its head so far up its ass that it doesn't even look nice as a hat. The shipping department constantly changes carriers. Honestly I don't know how this company hasn't been sued.
Sent me a broken bottle in a ziplock bag
So this company will bombard with text and phone calls after a purchase trying to get you to subscribe, but when they sent me 2 purchased sale items, crazy one was broken and htey were aware bc they put it inside a ziplock bag and it didn't have a seal. It leaked all in the package. I tried emailing and calling ad they did not reply, ironic considering they send so many calls and text to get you to buy more. Proceed with caution or find another more reliable company
I've been trying to get this canceled…
I've been trying to get this canceled for months and once again they've taken a payment out that I did not authorize. They won't return calls, they won't let you talk to a live person. I'm at my wits end with this!
As a home fragrance lover !!
As a home fragrance lover, I was excited to finally try products from Aroma360 after receiving a promotional email from Hotel Collection. I didn’t realize at the time that they are part of the same platform.
I ordered the Pro Tower Diffuser along with the Black Velvet fragrance, inspired by The Edition Hotel scent — a fragrance I’ve loved from past stays. I had high expectations.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
My order arrived a couple of weeks later. I set everything up right away, excited to enjoy the scent. After three hours on the highest setting, there was still no noticeable fragrance, even in a small room. I could barely smell anything at all.
Because of this, I decided to request a return the very next day — and that’s when the most frustrating part began.
Customer service informed me of their strict return policy:
• No refunds on fragrance oils once opened
• Customers must pay for their own return shipping
So not only did the product not perform, but I also had to pay $20 for a return label, and I’m stuck paying for an oil that simply didn’t deliver any scent.
This has been one of the most disappointing home fragrance purchases I’ve made. Based on my experience with both the product performance and the return policy, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
I truly wish I had known this beforehand.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. From the moment you order they are calling and texting trying to up-sale. Cancelling the order is also a huge pain. They want to have the opportunity to talk you out of it. Their product works for maybe two weeks then quite completely. Stay away from these people and this company. I am going to sue if they do not cancel my order per my request in a timely fashion.

I purchased mine today…. Don’t even have a product yet and i’m already regretting it. Surely after the purchase, I started getting multiple calls from multiple people until I finally picked up. Once I picked up, the sales pitch started, which was absolutely horrific to tell me how what I purchased sucks and if I really wanted to get what I was hoping to achieve, is to purchase a larger unit. After I let them, tell me how terrible decision I made of purchasing their product and how it would only last me a week. I told him that I was OK with what I got because I just wanted to test to see if I would continue using this. The sale rep proceeded to tell me “I guess you think you know what you’re doing“ to which I responded I suppose I do. He continued to tell me how I was wrong with what I was choosing, and when he realized that I was not going to buy a larger unit, he hanged up on me. I also ended up somehow magically subscribing to one of the diffusers. To which I already emailed and called to get me off of this subscription. I would never recommend this product to anyone and I don’t even have it in my house yet. The customer service is absolutely horrific.
Part of my order was missing
Part of my order was missing. I emailed in 3 times with no response. I also filled in their form online, no response. I called in and was transferred to 3 people and waited on hold for 45 minutes in between transfers to different departments. I have not had anyone resolve my issue. After 45 minutes I gave up. What a joke!! BUT somehow they have a customer service team waiting to talk to you when you first put your order through, calling me a few times to try to get me to upgrade. Its pretty wild!!
Faulty product and refusal to honour UK consumer rights
I bought a diffuser which was faulty, and returned for a replacement. The company failed to provide a replacement within a reasonable time, with no updates on product dispatch.
When I requested to cancel for a refund after waiting 25 days for a replacement, it was refused based on an internal 30-day return policy from the original purchase date, despite this being irrelevant for faulty goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The company continued to process a replacement I had declined, refused to pause shipping even though the product was still out of stock, and raised the prospect of restocking fees, none of which are lawful for faulty goods in the UK.
Communication was dismissive and responsibility repeatedly deflected. UK & global customers should proceed with caution.
They also operate under the name Hotel Collection, and provide the same level of customer service.
