Dont do it
Never even shipped my order a week after purchase. When i emailed and asked where my order was and told them i had found all the bad reviews. As far as them never delivering or coming 2 months later or not refunding people.... they sent my refund. No apologies, explanation or NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Still haven’t received order
I ordered cologne just after Christmas. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t even gotten a confirmation email yet. I used sezzle and am almost 3 payments in with no order or even tracking. It is now 1/16/21. Support said I basically have to just keep waiting until they feel like sending my purchase.

I’ve placed an order online on Dec. 19, to no avail have it arrived. I’ve made my initial payment and two other payments to Aromadonna and still no product. I’m planning to file a credit card dispute for a refund bc this is very difficult to deal with.

I placed my order almost a month ago and so far I haven't even received my tracking number, no one answers my emails ... I believe that this site is fake and that people lose their money buying things here!

so why do you say that the goods will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days? I ordered the perfumes to give as a gift and now I don't even need more, I asked well in advance, but so far the products don't even have a tracking number! this is false advertising YES !!!!

To address your other concerns, we are not fake, and all customers receive their orders if for some reason an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund is issued.

Ordered on the 7th of December it was meant to be a Christmas present. It didn't turn up until the 4th of Jan!! I've emailed them a number of times with no response. I will never use them again.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but it won’t let me give zero. Ordered on 17th December,they say you will have in 2-5 days.After numerous in answered emails and being told below hope you enjoy your item lol WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE, I had to get in touch with Clearpay 06/01/21 who miraculously got an email straight away 👀. I now have been refunded. Thanks Clearpay and cut your ties with aromodonna as they are fraudsters

I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month. However, I did get a response to my email asking me to wait until 4/1. I asked “ April 1st?!!!!!!” The response was that’s the format for Jan 4, in what country? I’ve already purchased the cologne elsewhere. Never ordering from here again.

Also bad experience here. Just stay away from them! It’s nearly 4 weeks now and nothing. I’ve requested to cancel my order but no reply. Soon I’ll be calling my bank and reporting them to Trading standards. I advice everyone to do the same.

This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered some perfume at the end of November 2020 and have heard nothing since— No updates, no response to my numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered perfume on the 5th of December for my daughters Christmas it is now the 28th and I have still not received my items. 3-5 day for delivery? It’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing!!

Not in the UK! In America. Do not buy from them. You cannot cancel. You cannot return and it takes weeks before they even send your order. You cannot return it for free either!
