First time using Aromatrail, always a little hesitant buying from a discounter, my mind was put at ease when I received my fragrance, it was 100% legit and as described. I’ve made my second purchase through them already, oh, and the shipping surprised me, it was crazy fast! I’ll report back on my 2nd purchase, but I’m 100% satisfied with them!

5/17/2025 Update: Aromatrail responded to my email immediately and resolved the mix-up in my order without hesitation. Their customer service was incredibly fast — honestly some of the best I’ve had recently. They shipped the correct item the very next day. I received it promptly, and once again confirmed that the batch number is authentic and the product is high quality. On top of that, the price was unbeatable. I’m looking forward to shopping with Aromatrail again for future fragrance purchases!

5/5/2025 I received the wrong item. The fragrance is authentic and has a valid batch code, and is from the same brand (Maison Francis Kurkdjian), but not the cologne I ordered as confirmed on my receipt.

I will reach out to the company to correct the matter and update my review accordingly.

For starters I haven't even received my bottle of cologne yet so i can't say how good or bad this experience is until the transaction has been completed .. im hoping the transaction gets completed im dEF a bit skeptical my google map says my package is another state somewhere and my notification is saying my package should arrive by noon tomorrow.. ✊🏼💭
