First of all, this stuff is foul tasting. I wouldn’t drink it if I was dying of thirst in the desert. Second, their customer service, while responsive, is really saying nothing at all and somehow they’ve trained bots to be condescending and patronizing?

Their return policy is an unsolvable riddle. If you think you’ve got it right, you don’t.

Now I have 2 unopened boxes of this rubbish that they won’t take back. I don’t even want to throw it away for fear of what it would do to the environment.

Shame on these scammers.

Honest first time customer review.

I was a first-time customer trying the MB-1 supplement and, unfortunately, had a very concerning experience.

On the first day, I took the supplement after breakfast. By the evening, I began experiencing severe abdominal pain and intense bloating unlike anything I had felt before. Initially, I assumed it might have been due to taking it with food. However, on the second day, I took the supplement on an empty stomach, and later that night, the same symptoms returned, this time even more severe. The pain was significant enough to wake me multiple times throughout the night.

I discontinued use immediately after the second day, and the acute pain did not return. However, my digestive system has not felt the same since, and it seems to still be recovering from the irritation and inflammation triggered during those two days.

What is especially concerning is that the product is marketed as supporting gut health, yet my experience was the exact opposite. Additionally, the company advertises a 30-day return policy, but my return request was denied without a clear explanation. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with automated responses, and I was unable to reach a real customer service representative.

Overall, this experience has been both disappointing and troubling. I would strongly urge the company to review both the formulation of this product and the effectiveness of their customer support processes.

Their customer service has been…an absolute nightmare!

Their customer service has been terrible. This was my first time ordering from them, and after trying their melatonin, I submitted a return request. They immediately canceled it, claiming it was due to “fraudulent activity.”

I’ve never ordered from them before

Their own policy says first-time customers can return items

I’ve been following up daily, and they still haven’t given me any explanation for the “fraud” or what I’m supposed to fix

I’ve already provided everything they asked for. At this point, I’m not asking for anything complicated; I just want to return the product. That’s literally it.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I contacted customer support to make sure my subscription was canceled, yet I still received another shipment. The cancellation process is confusing and repeatedly pushes options like pausing, skipping, or accepting discounts instead of clearly canceling.

I reached out again as soon as I received the shipment email and have been trying to resolve the issue since then, but I haven’t been offered a real solution. The only option given was to ship the item back as soon as I receive it, but I’m still expected to pay the return shipping fee for something I tried to prevent in the first place.

The product (MB-1) itself didn’t work for me. It may work for some people, but it’s definitely not for everyone. If you want to try it, be cautious about subscribing otherwise you might end up like me, receiving another shipment and having to pay the return shipping fee.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I am stuck with a few hundred dollars of product as had adverse reaction - made me sick to my stomach and the smell alone could give you headaches and make you sick. I can't give it away! - they are absolutley disgusting - bought the protein eletrolyte powder and creatine gummes - they only allowed one return of the 4 items and only refunded the least expensive item - could not return unopened product. DO NOT BUY _ the product is disgusting - so artifical and strong artifical flavours. I have tried many similar products and this is by far the absolute worst - the whole experience could have been improved by somewhat decent customer service but they don't have that. Buyer be ware.

The most horrible customer service and…

The most horrible customer service and product. Ordered 2 of their products, says 30 days money back guarantee used one of each product realized not for me, they only gave me partial CREDIT to their products so from 107 dollars I only got 37.00 dollars . Which is so stupid as I said I did not like their product. I was not given any choice. 2 weeks later I get an email that I am getting shipped the same product and they had debited my credit card for the full amount. Stuff which I did not order and even if I did you think they would first used the credit sitting with them. I messaged them right away to reverse and not ship me any more stuff still waiting to see the credit on my account.

Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company. To save money i signed up for a subscription. Then got the product, a flavoured protein powder, and it was terrible tasting. So I retuned it. They were fine about it. I assumed, wrongly, that this would cancel my subscription.
It did not. As soon as I saw generated emails that product is about to ship and has shipped I emailed them and they said it was too late to stop it, but to email them when it arrived for a return. Between Christmas, travel and being sick i just got around to returning a product that should have never been shipped to me and now they say that it is outside their return window (by 10 days). So I have spent several hundred dollars on a product that tasted like cough syrup. Therefore I would definitely not recommend.

I would give it zero stars. Just another health scam. If you have any issues after taking the first one and decide to return for any reason even unopened boxes all they will give you a store credit. They tell you it’s sold as a set. No refund

Well it's been almost 6 months...here's my review

I bought 6 months worth and am about to go into the last month of pills..here's my honest review.

I've been on a health and fitness journey for a few years now switching from cardio to strength training, eating healthier and almost limiting alcohol to 1-2 times a week. I had been pretty stuck between ~172-175 for a year even with all that effort. Then I was bombarded with ads for Arrae and decided to give it a shot. Within the first 5 days, I dropped 3 lbs and fell below 170 for the first time in a year. My mood was up, my cravings were down. I really had high hopes for this product. The lowest I got to was roughly 166 after a month's use. Then I plateaued and starting getting daily headaches, and heartburn. I'll admit that over the holidays I didn't eat as healthy, but overall I don't think that's the real issue. Given the time allocated to this 'test', I would advise to not waste your money. The claims of losing 15 lbs in 3 months was absolute trash and the side effects are definitely not worth the hassle.

Please be careful with this product. It appears to be an unhealthy scam with strong marketing behind it.
I wish I could attach the photos — the pills noticeably changed color just a couple of months after purchase.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The MB-1 +45 supplements made me very nauseous. I tried to report this on the website, but it wasn't working. By the time I emailed customer service it was over 30 days and they wouldn't do anything for me, even though it was only 45 days. They wouldn't let me exchange the 2 extra open bottles I had for anything else. Very disappointing.

I feel like myself again.

I've been taking Arrae MB-1 45+ for two weeks now, and I feel like a completely different person. Actually, no: I feel like the woman I was in my early to mid 30s (so almost 20 years ago), long before perimenopause wreaked havoc on my life.

Within just a few days of taking this supplement, the hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, itching skin, and brain fog simply disappeared. After two weeks, my clothes are hanging more loosely on me, I'm not bloated or retaining water anymore, and I'm full of energy instead of being lethargic, depressed, confused, and damn near lifeless a lot of the time.

This supplement has given me my life back.

Faulty return process and useless customer service!

I ordered four items from Arrae.com—three supplements and one pill case. Soon after, based on my doctor’s advice, I decided to keep only one supplement and return the other two. I immediately initiated returns through the website, but Arrae’s process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring separate requests for each item even though they were in the same order.

After about two days, I received approval emails and QR codes for FedEx. I packed both unopened supplements (Magnesium and Tribiotic) together in the same box and shipped them. The following week, Arrae confirmed receipt and refund of the Magnesium but never acknowledged the Tribiotic. Expecting a delay, I waited and then emailed for an update.

Arrae responded that only the Magnesium was received, which is incorrect. I replied, explaining both were returned together, and requested a refund. It has now been over 24 hours since my follow-up with no reply, even though they previously responded faster.
I attempted to resolve the issue through my HSA bank, which processed the payment, but they cannot dispute the charge and can only try contacting the vendor. Unfortunately, Arrae has no phone number—only an email—making resolution nearly impossible.

This experience has been frustrating. Arrae’s return process is inefficient, their communication inconsistent, and the lack of customer service options leaves consumers with no proper recourse. I request that Arrae issue the missing refund for the Tribiotic supplement and improve their return and communication policies.

Misleading Subscription Practices and Poor Customer Service

I was genuinely excited to try Arrae and had high hopes for the product. Unfortunately, my experience with their subscription process has left me extremely disappointed.
Despite skipping my September order, the product was shipped and I was charged for items I did not want. What’s worse is that when I first purchased, I believed I was making a one-time purchase, not enrolling in an ongoing subscription. The website experience was unclear and confusing, and I only realized later that I had been placed into a multi-month subscription without fully understanding it.
When I reached out to customer service, I was left with the product and the charges rather than a fair resolution. This response made it clear to me that customer experience is not the priority. The entire process felt less about supporting the customer and more about ensuring the company could push out product and collect payment.
This is very concerning, especially as larger companies have faced scrutiny for using confusing and deceptive subscription interfaces. I see similarities here, which makes me even less confident in continuing with Arrae.
At this point, I do not trust their replacement or subscription system, and I have cancelled my account. A wellness company should be focused on transparency and trust — unfortunately, Arrae has lost mine.
I hope they take this feedback seriously, because trust is what earns long-term customers, not confusing systems and appalling customer service who will spend time protecting the company's interest rather than being customer focused.
