Worst company ever to deal with be carefull took out roaming plan with my contract travelled to Amsterdam for weekend to come home to a huge bill saying my phone connected to the ships satellite so the bill stood no message about being charged such a high rate the paid that bill let that go and next one of my numbers were out of contract contacted them by email to say I was not renewing 6 months later still getting bills in supposedly 90 days for PAC code I told them I didn't need then 90 days disconnection I've never had so much stress with a company thankfully I'm well rid and now with a superb company who can't do enough for you avoid at all costs or you will be sorry as I was

Our company has dealt with arrow comms for a few years now and Simon the account manager has been extremely helpful and diligent with myself and my team. Enquiries have been dealt with promptly and he truly is an asset to the company. Thoroughly recommend :)

Beware anyone who has a mobile contract with Arrow communications or AroTechnology, if you cancel contract before end of term on top of the buy out fees, they charge £225 per number to cancel, this is a charge they apply not the network

2 years of problems; Arrow simply don't care.
2 years of problems.
Want something fiixing? They won't.
Replace it? Not a chance.
Cancel? They ignore you.
Been with Arrow for over 10 years. Can't wait to leave them.
From top down, their service is about as bad as you could possibly imagine.
They will ignore you for as long as they can.
No one's ever in to answer the phone and if you e-mail them, apparently they go into junk.
An IT company you can't even email because their system is that bad.
Utterly shocking, I'd pay triple to before I use Arrow again.
EDIT:
I won't be emailing you Arrow, as I've been doing that for the last 2.5 years to get you to fix a problem and I don't want to speak to my account manager because he's been not got back to me for 4 months. Neither has your OpsSupport, or your Directors, or your Accounts or your Tech Team.

We was with 360 solutions for years…
We was with 360 solutions for years before Arrow Business Communications took over, never had an issue with 360 solutions. Since dealing with Arrow Business Communications, we have had nothing but trouble, asking for their services (which are expensive) takes forever, almost 3 months its taking to install 3 data points from our existing network. Shocking service but I have given 2 stars because Amy has been amazing through all of this, without her I would of recommended a termination of contract. With all this said, I miss 360.

Terrible Customer Service, terrible portal.
We’ve used Arrow for a number of years and the service has deteriorated significantly over the last couple of years. They are more interested in acquiring other companies than servicing their clients. They have a new portal where you have to log any IT issues - it can take a day or two for them to respond which doesn’t help in an emergency. Requesting an update to your issue can take weeks - with little or no response as to why.
Communication is all through the portal and response times to follow ups are always days, not hours.
As a loyal customer for many years who is asked if I would recommend Arrow - my answer is always a very firm ‘No’. We will be leaving as soon as our contract ends.

Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. Unfortunately, they acquired BTL Communication which I dealt with for many years, and they were amazing but since the acquisition this organisation has become a complete joke. They are beyond useless in the support department and couldn’t care less about broadband or phone issues. For the love of God if your reading this and considering using them DONT. And in the reply to the review below they say "We’re normally known for our exceptional customer service" this is the funniest thing I have read in a long time lol. Their TrustPilot score says it all.

This company is a complete rip off you cancel the service with them. They hold on to your phone lines for 90 days as per the contract but because you haven't listed each service they then want to bill you. Communications with this company is awful.
I would not recommend them and would advise people to stay well clear disgusting

After Arrow acquired our IT company Click what used to be a great relationship became terrible. It can take weeks, even months to have one support request resolved even urgent ones effecting business. I would avoid using this company.

Not Just a Number
I have been with Arrow for the last 3 contract renewals, and so far they have been excellent. we had a couple of issues in this time but this was dealt with rapidly. in my opinion, sometimes things go wrong, but how its dealt with makes a big difference. in a time when things are hard, its nice not to be "just a number" but feel like we are looked after.

Extremely poor customer service.
Cancelled the contract with them in July 21 which took weeks of phone calls and emails to achieve, now received another invoice for system maintenance, told them the contract was cancelled, they emailed back to say they have no record of cancellation. Guess it will now take weeks more of emails and phone calls to get resolved!
Awful Service
We recently acquired a business out of administration to whom Arrow were the phone suppliers. We wanted to retain the phone numbers and got in touch to try to agree that. After three days they finally replied to say that we would have to take over the contract of the prior business AND pay a security deposit equal to one year's expected supply.
Three days later we had phone lines established with another supplier at less than one-quarter of the cost that Arrow had previously charged.

Very poor service
Avoid this company. Happy to take your monthly payment but if you ask them to help with anything they simply can't be bothered.
This company supplied a service to…BCT. Disgusting Ethics
This company supplied a service to British Ceramic Tile. Like a lot of companies things were tough and it went in to administration.
380 people lost their Jobs. A lot of people had mobile phones as part of their package. When Arrow were asked if they would supply the pac code for people who wanted to keep their number they decided to not give this to the anyone who had just lost their jobs. They instead asked for an admin fee on top of offering the people a minimum 12! month contract (and a very poor package on top beaten by any other provider) as the ONLY way to get the PAC code. How do people out of work pass the credit check for a contract?. You preyed on people who were vulnerable at a very difficult time. It was not these people who created the issue with BCT so why should they pay the price. Disgusting behaviour
On Facebook they answered and said they would contact me direct a couple of days after I have my review. Well for a communication company they never communicated again.
I could not recommend this company based on its ethics alone!
