These people could not get the scheduled time correct, then had the audacity to lie when we called them on it. When they finally did arrive, the following day, once again they got the time wrong, arrived early. They were supposed to call when they were "on their way", but didn't call, just showed up unannounced. We asked that they spray "around" our cameras and plants, since we had no time to cover them, they said they would do the best they could but could not guarantee that the cameras/plants would be subjected to the spray. We told them to leave our property, we were no longer interested in their "services", or should I say, lack thereof. This company did not even "advise" us when scheduling, to cover our plants and cameras.....we just know that we should, however, they should make that a courtesy policy advisement....tell the customer! And, arrive when you say you will. Don't lie about "we gave you an estimated window of arrival", NO you did not give us a window. Company employees were full of excuses and "I'm sorry". Arrow.....missed the bullseye on the target, they did not even hit the board that the bullseye was on. Arrow was a HUGE disappointment to us....never again! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

For all of you that may not know Arrow exterminating also does construction work! I have now had them out here to do work on my property twice. Although the last work there was a little snafu with the appointment schedule, everything worked out. I would absolutely recommend them for the construction work, they have done a great job! And a at a great price! And they do allll kinds of work (I personally had gutters taken down soffit and facia replaced, repainted, and gutters put back up).
Thanks to the manager Steve (sorry don’t remember your last name), Ben Carmichael, and Barry Coombs, for their assistance in handling this current situation.
And especially to Barry and his team for the work that they did!

Arrow.. I had a bad experience with the company. Until I got KATY on the other end of the fone.. She wa genuine and assured everything would be sorted out & true to her word she followed everything step by step. And rang up with every stage.. All was sorted out swiftly from then. Great work KATY.

From the time you make the phone call to the time the technician leaves...nothing but a good experience.

Every happy with work that was done

I called ARROWEXTERMINATING to take care of roaches in my kitchen.I was kind of enbarassed of the situation,but that was short lived. The man that was sent to solve my problem assured me that I had really found the problem very early on,as he said (it was a very low infestation)so I felt much better knowing I did not have the roaches very long.He reassured me,he will have complete control and that the kitchen was immaculate. The clienesst he's seen in a long time. I will recommend ARROWEXTERMINATING to everyone I talk to they are the best.!!!!!

Their service is excellent, keeping our home free and clear of bugs [our main concern]. They are very careful, and informative, about using low or non-toxic chemicals and avoiding treatment when young children were living in our house. Our service technician is Jason, and he spends as much time as we request spraying every nook and cranny to assure effective treatment. He is knowledgeable about insect problems. Everyone at Arrow is friendly, courteous, and they do exactly what they say, when they say. It doesn't get any better.

I hate bugs and found crickets all over my basement.. I closed the door and called my Mother who recommended Arrow and Mom was right.. They calmed me down and I am cricket free, excellent service.

Having Arrow Exterminating come to our house quarterly leaves me feeling secure that there are no bugs or creepy crawly things where I live, cook, sleep etc. It is worth investing in.
