came out to fix leak, said it cost 600 and he said it was fixed, did not get fixed and called again and someone came out and tried to fix it ,, again, did not get fixed, called for two more appt, both did not show up or call,, had to have it fixed by someone else who fixed it first try,

I requested the same tech I had for their first visit, and he was wonderful! Thorough, professional and caring. Couldn't ask for more.

They were prompt. They were respectful of my home. The laid out materials to protect my floors as they worked.

It was a pretty hot and humid day. I informed themI have respiratory issues. I asked them to keep the doors closed behind them as much as possible. they were careful to keep the doors closed to keep the temperature controlled inside as much as possible.

I had a terrible experience.A tech was supposed to come out to service my AC from 2-6 on 6/14/2026.No one ever came. I called numerous times with no response.
