These guys showed up quickly. Thats the only good experience. The tech suggested I do the work myself explaining what it would take. And it would be much cheaper. The suggested price from him was $600. I told him I would try to resolve myself. Before tech left, he called his boss and they made an offer of $486. I said I would do it if price was $400. Tech was already on site so no additional cost to the company. The boss was agreeable to the price, but they would not guarantee their work.
In my opinion, no matter what price is agreed upon, the work should be guaranteed.
I would never call this company again!!

Speedy, courteous, and cool 😎
The woman who came to our house was courteous, professional, and nice to my dog. She pulled up, found the issue in less than 10 minutes, had the part in her service van to fix it, and was wrapped up with the service in possibly a half hour. I was so impressed, and our house was cool again in no time. My expectations were exceeded by 1000fold.

They don't care for your time.
This company does not value customer's time. They schedule appointments and do not show up, nor do they have the courtesy to call and let the customer know they are delayed. This has happened multiple times. Stay away from this company. They are a total waste of time. Lots of better HVAC companies in the Nashville area who can help you but do not choose this one.

Superior service on a warranty issue
On a hot water heater installation 6 years prior, a tech had installed PEX tubing to the unsupported expansion tank. Over the years the tank began falling off to the side creating concern for functionality and possible leakage. As soon as service manager Michael was notified, he provided same day service by outstanding tech Matthew to completely retrofit the tubing with rigid pipe and provided a new expansion tank. I am super impressed with the quickness and quality of the response and will continue to be a customer. This is gold standard service, thank you!
