art-K - Wimbledon Chase Opiniões 

Very happy to recommend art-k at Wimbledon Chase. My 11yo daughter enjoys it very much and it provides her with an extra dimension to her creative work. The team are very positive and nurturing, creating a space where students can get absorbed in their work and get individualised feedback and guidance.

My daughter had a brilliant experience at summer camp. The teachers are very kind, supportive and skilled and the range of resources is excellent. She wanted to go back every day.

My 8 year old daughter attended this club during school holidays. She thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours she did each day and produced some beautiful art work. The attention to detail focussing on texture using a wide range of tools allowed her to explore her creativity and produce some high quality art work. The teachers do an excellent job as she is keen to attend every day.

Both kids think it’s ok but limited in allowing for them to be creative. In their words ‘it’s strict. We can’t do anything other than a couple of options’.
As a parent, I was very disappointed that when my daughter was sick (vomiting) we asked if her class could be transferred or if not if we could get a refund as it can’t be helped.
We would have been very open to have a discussion but instead the manager sent us a simple email template just inserting my daughter’s name (very impersonal and obvious) saying no to a refund. There was plenty of availability for spaces later in the week but our email was not considered or directly responded to. So, we ended up sending her in as she was keen, we just wanted to avoid spreading any germs if we could.
Despite emailing the team with our disappointment we received no further response.
The space is very small and kids confined to a chair for 5 hours. If my kids ask to go again (because it’s art they like) I would just book one day max in a holiday period, even half day really. Its very expensive for 5 hours really. Sending in two kids for a day cost £125, for which they sit for 5 hours and come back with a painting or clay work.
I would like to see the customer service improve and even some hellos and goodbyes would be welcome too when we arrive and leave. Essentially a bit more fun and joy, given it’s a creative space.

Our 12-year old said that it was an ok way to spend 2 hours with her friend, but underwhelming. They do more sophisticated stuff in her state school, during playdates etc. Not going to repeat.

A lot of students continue term after term!!

My daughter had a really fun time. She came home very excited to show us the beautiful art she made.

Great teacher. Very good activities and well organised. My son lived it. We will definitely join again the workshops.

I would like to thank Aneta and Laura for their creative attitude and willingness not simply make a lesson for my child, but to make it special, child focussed with a taste of freedom. Our daughter is always looking forward to her art K weekly session! This is where she will rush to. Its always great to see how relaxed, inspired and motivated my child leave the class. I personally impressed with ideas and the variety of projects even though it takes a bit of time. Thank you very much!

My daughter has been attending weekly classes and occasional holiday workshops for about 5 years. She thoroughly enjoys learning the fundamental skills that go into her creations. This is a place for all children, they don't need to be "gifted", it's for pleasure and growth. The teachers are patient and encouraging. I am impressed with the progress my child has made and her passion for art is lovely to see.
