Placed an order at the start of September being promised this will come within 2 weeks. It's now been almost 4 months and I have still not received my items - I originally order from ArtbyZakia as I had seen the amazing products they produce.

I also attempted to contact the support team countless times, by both online chat and email, and only heard back once however still no communication nor update about my order since. The individual that originally resposnsed was kind and understanding and was stated that my delivery had been upgraded, i will receive all items at the same time but still nothing.

Honestly, do NOT recommend by from ArtbyZakia at all as they post on social media but do not respond to your queries at all. This feels like one of the biggest scams and I will definitely NOT be buying from them every again.

I'll take my money and loyalty elsewhere - lost out on a faithful and trusted customer. Well done

I have not yet received the necklace I ordered, and I have not received any communication regarding its status. However, I have observed that the company remains active on social media, posting promotional content. When I attempted to inquire about my order through comments on their social media videos, my account was subsequently blocked.

Scammer, never received my order

after waiting for weeks the necklace came and the writing was wonky. if you can’t do your job properly then don’t do it and close it. why would you send a necklace with a wonky writing and not replying to my emails after asking for updates your not blind you can see this shit.

The product was just what I wanted. It was affordable as well, which is a plus when I am a university student on a budget. Very well made and care instructions are very clear. The only issue I would say is it took a while to get to me, even for a personalised item, other than that, everything was perfect!

Didn’t receive my order…

Been 6 months still havnt received my order nor had the seller bothered to respond to my emails or messages. Horrible customer service

The product and it’s quality are looking very nice but I nearly took 3 months to arrive. There were several attempts to reach out to the team and all failed. But messages on their social media got deleted and I got blocked so that makes me believe that everything was seen but simply not answered.

If you are ready to wait for over months for your product then you should order otherwise look for other options.

I ordered my product 2 months ago and it has been a month since the promised delivery date yet I have still not received any updates or whereabouts of my package.

terrible - my necklace tarnished even after i followed the care guide. i placed another order and still hasn’t arrived after many emails and no follow up or indication where it is. customer service is terrible and cheap quality! save ur money

Did not receive my parcel. Read the reviews, it speaks for itself. Had to open a case with my bank for a refund.

Disgraceful money stealing company - DO NOT ORDER. Save yourself the hassle.

Ordered 3 items on 14th March 2025 and was told one of the items would take 4 weeks due to personalisation. Was told I came pay additional delivery charges to receive the other 2 items earlier- I agreed but no details shared. I chased the company on 14th April having not received any of my items and had no response. I have since emailed and gone on the live chat multiple times but there is no response and the automated message says my order is “awaiting fulfilment”. It is now the 7th of July, almost 4 months later and I have not received any items nor had any communication. Seems like this is a pattern with them. I have raised it with my bank to get the money back but the shameless company tried to take the disputed payment from my account AGAIN!

I never received my order. I emailed and messaged you on Instagram and I received no response. Mind you I placed my order on September 2024.
