terrible service! never received my package. never received tracking. never received ANYTHING. contacted the company via email, Instagram DMs, and Instagram comments and I was IGNORED. trash customer service. trash company. will never again support, and currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. TRASH COMPANY.

Ordered for hoodie and customised chain since 10th of April for a birthday surprise and it is still not delivered and no response or explanation regarding the delay.

Absolutely disappointed

I haven’t received my order yet . I ordered my daughter first eid dress on 8th of April just to get it before eid but I haven’t received it yet ruined my daughter’s first eid because I was excited and was waiting for the dress I kept messaging but got no response really bad service if you can’t give it on time then don’t take the bloody order.

Don't waste your time guys very poor service

Atrocious, won't send items ordered in 2nd April or respond to emails or give me a refund. I am looking to take legal action if no one contacts me soon. I don't know how people get away with these things

I got the letter ring. It is such a beautiful ring. It is also very light so you never notice it.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Placed my order a month ago and I still haven't received it. Sent the team countless emails with no response at all. Also haven't received my tracking number. Such a pity, because the products seem nice.

the necklace was perfect, i absolutely love it! however it broke after a few weeks. im sure its no fault of artbyzakia - i was at the gym and didnt take it off. i got home after and realised it had a piece missing :(

She was able to put together a logo using what I had previously and transform it into something I could never imagine. I absolutely love how creative and unique her designs are. Her necklaces and other side of the business feel like such good quality for the price, exceeded expectations! I’m tempted to buy one for every member of the family as they make such meaningful gifts. Packaging was very strong meant that it came all in tact and it arrived quite quickly

I ordered a necklace and never received it after multiple emails. And never received my money back!

I ordered the envelope necklace waited the long stated time to find when my parcel arrived there was NO NECKLACE! I messaged and emailed the team and have still had no replies. Absolutely horrified at the service provided. The necklace was for my sister who lost her angel baby and to find that I gifted her an empty package was horrendous! And since have had no communication from the sender. Not happy at all!

I have brought from them for the 3rd time now and have been so happy and pleased with all of my items so far. Love their jewellery and that they give a lifetime warranty with it too. My nephews loved their hoodies. Highly recommend. Will be buying all my Eid gifts from them!
