I ordered from this company. Sent an email the day after, 8 days later, no response to mail. Sent a series of emails to them, no response whatsoever. I ordered 2 frames, received just 1!!!! No response regarding my other frame!!. It’s crazy how they operate. I thought they were based in the uk!!!!!

Jeg var lidt tilbageholdende med at bestille fra hjemmesiden fordi der havde været nogle dårlige anmeldelser. Men jeg var fuldstændig faldet for billedet og bestilte det til sidst. Let at bestille og blev hele tiden opdateret under transport, blev ringet op 15 min før levering.
Billedet lever 100% op til min forventning og super let at sætte op

Excellent product and service. Ordered Friday delivered Tuesday. Guide included for drilling holes in the correct place is genius for a person with my handyman skills. Love the artwork. Thank You

Disappointing. They go on about how they 'print on glass' but in reality the print is a large sticker, stuck to a piece of glass. Nothing special at all and definitely not worth the money. The colours don't match those on the website either. I'm not sure I even want it on my wall.

Ordered 5 glass pictures (London, Rome, Sydney, New Zealand and San Francisco) and received them within 10 days exactly when advised.

They were packaged perfectly and delivered with care. The quality is superb and thrilled that we found this site as been holding back u time found exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend the service and quality highly enough

After reading some reviews I ordered a glass wall art with some trepidation. Glad to report that my transaction was extremely easy and smooth. Looks like the company is based in Turkey. Ordered 1st November delivered to Ayrshire Scotland on 7th November…a better timeframe than some items I’ve ordered from England! DHL Tracking system excellent. Would happily order items from this company in future.

Really good service, very happy with my print!

Having placed my order, I needed to request a change to my order, with their only means of contact being their website email or their email address.

Over a 3 day period I webmailed and gmailed for assistance, but no reply.

By all searches they don't have a UK phone number, a web chat or a street photo of an office, although they do have a UK flat address.

I have had to resort to cancelling my Paypal payment with documented evidence, to get their attention, I am now waiting for a response.

Just an extra addition here, following ArtDesigna's email from Paypal on this, I received a response from ArtDesigna saying that my emails had appeared in their Spam account, who knows, so to give them the benefit of the doubt, I am raising this from a 1 to a 3 star review.

After reading up on the reviews and seeing that the products are actually shipped from Turkey, I had some reservations about completing my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt emails updating me of the progress and delivery window through DHL. My order arrived a week after being placed, was well packaged and exactly what I was expecting. The image is lovely and looks great now it’s up on the wall. I would definitely use this company again and have no concerns about recommending them based on my experience.

Purchased for my wife as a gift after seeing a link in Facebook. Checked their feedback on here before purchasing, was dubious that the artwork was coming from a distance away and what would happen if there were issues with transit (customs / loss / damage).

Thankfully the item arrived after about 10 days, was well packaged, and no import issues. Picture was vibrant, good quality and looks good in its location.

Likelihood is I would buy something else in future, so no negative experience on this transaction to report back on.

Artdesign is exactly what it is, I need to buy more

So I'm not really sure what all these bad reviews are about. One complaining about customer service wrong. The one about photo reselution wrong. Me and my fisnace brought a sugar skull piece. We then saw the monkey gang and wanted to swap our order. So I emailed customer service got straight back to me less then a day and swapped the art for us.
With no problem. We had our art work arrive today when it was ment to be in three days time. so quick and amazing delivery from DHL. Then we looked the picture absolutely amazing. We are so pleased to others please don't let other reviews put you off buying here we live in Norfolk and the picture came all the way from Turkey without a scratch and the quality is out of this world thank you so much artdesigna we will be buying from you again

Firstly, the items did come from Istanbul. That should not be a reason not to order. The service by Artdesigna and the quality of the product is faultless. I contacted them prior to placing my order as I was concerned about one or two reviews. I need not have been concerned. Oktay responded immediately and was polite and actually very patient as I did question him quite forcibly. I ordered 3 pictures placing my order on the Sunday evening. DHL were the courier, I received constant updates and received my order on the Thursday. Very very impressive. I must also say, for the money the pictures are very clear and of very good quality. The fixings are of good quality and hanging the pictures was an absolute breeze. I really can’t find any fault with any aspect of either the service nor product. Would and will recommend!

Absolutely love this glass art work by Banksy!. Ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived by the following Friday from Istanbul. I bought the largest one and it looks fantastic above my sofa..Excellent service and product, I will definitely be ordering more .

Yes, as others have stated, this is not a UK supplier. My order also came from Istanbul, but it arrived as stated.
I was taken by surprise that it wasn't coming from the UK. But that said, when it says shipping in several business days, it's fairly obvious that the stock won't be in the UK.
So, a negative aside, I ordered the 110x70 "Painted wood" item. It's stunning. The colours are vibrant and the image is as sharp as a knife.
I can't see a way to add a photo, otherwise, I would prove how good it is.
I am very happy with the service. No nasty surprises. And I am absolutely delighted with the picture.
