Purchasing from this wholesaler resulted in devastating consequences for my business. I sourced products using invoices that appeared legitimate and believed I was working with a compliant wholesale supplier. However, during an Amazon product authenticity investigation, Amazon rejected the invoices, and my seller account was ultimately permanently deactivated.

As part of the standard FBA compliance process, Amazon repeatedly requested verifiable supply chain documentation. Despite numerous requests, Artext Wholesale refused to provide proper supply chain documentation, stating they would only cooperate if Amazon contacted them directly—something Amazon does not do in these cases. This left me completely defenseless throughout the appeal process.

As a result:

I lost my entire Amazon seller account

I lost over $40,000 in inventory, private-label investment, and capital

I lost years of work building my business

If these products were fully authorized and compliant, providing clear supply chain documentation should not have been an issue. Their refusal raised serious concerns and directly contributed to my account’s deactivation.

Communication was also extremely poor. After payment was made, emails and messages were ignored or significantly delayed, and there was no accountability for the damage caused to my business.

I am posting this review to warn other Amazon sellers. Your entire business depends on invoice validity and supply chain verification. Sourcing from suppliers who cannot—or will not—support you during an authenticity claim can destroy your business overnight.

I strongly advise Amazon sellers to avoid sourcing from this wholesaler unless you receive verifiable manufacturer authorization and full supply chain transparency in writing before purchasing.

Please do not risk your Amazon account, your capital, or your future. Learn from my experience.

I ordered two beauty products from this wholesaler, and it took over five weeks to receive them. After receiving the products about two months ago, I started selling them on Amazon but immediately received authenticity complaints. I tried to appeal using the invoices provided, but Amazon said they couldn’t verify the supplier. I would never work with this supplier again the products don’t seem legitimate, and their invoices are not accepted by Amazon.

I have been using their 3PL for a while and they have been doing a wonderful job with orders fulfillments and also clearly communicating any issues related to my orders. They also have a wonderful team with great customer care.

I'm fully satisfied, every order is usually delivered on time, and in good quality.
