Unprofessional and unpunctual
My daughter was enrolled for 3 months ( thats the package )
The classes (1 or 2 each month ) would be cancelled due to teacher inavailability or family emergency - which was understandable .
There will be email reminders sentand link a day or two in advance , but the instructor will cancel the class last minute , so you can expect your time to be wasted and your child be disappointed .
No structure of these lessons were discussed , on one occasion the teacher telling my daughter , she can choose a picture she wants to draw - she wants to paint a picasso , the teachers are expected to tech them basics .. she now has some random shapes drawn in her books
I paint myself and can teach her myself but sometimes they learn better from another teacher .
The contact person can be very unprofessional too , when my husabnd highlighted on one occasion that my child was ready for the session , they not only cancelled the class with no prior info and then went on textg back that if the class is cancelled by the teacher , they will compensate , but if we cancel it , they lose a session( sure we know that )
So you need to hire people who are serious about art , we are not desperate for money or art , you are ..!!
So get your act right ..!!
