Fantastic watch
Fantastic watch. Excellent customer service throughout the process. I ordered the moonphase in silver, was a little hesitant at first due to the affordable price range.I have been pleasantly surprised and the watch currently serves as my everyday wear, I will certainly Be ordering again.

Superb customer service
Took advantage of a £50 discount to get a beautiful Westminster automatic watch.There was an issue with the one I received and the problem was resolved promptly by George whose customer service is exemplary.Won't hesitate to buy again from this Company in the future.

Excellent watch
The delivery was prompt. The Westminster automatic was beautifully wrapped. It is a handsome watch and it keeps excellent to rival my Swiss watches. There were no paper instructions or a guarantee enclosed with this model as a paper saving exercise. I am told the 2yr guarantee is implicit from the sales invoice and that the instructions will be made available on the Web site.
I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this company to other buyers

You don’t have to pay the earth for a decent piece…
I purchased a beautiful Westminster Automatic Watch from Arthur Charles, and I must say that I’m extremely impressed. It has a PT5000 Hi-beat movement which I keep mistaking it as a Swiss movement based on the detail and finish. I’ve inspected it under the lens and it’s of a really high standard of finish. All the components, jewels, bridges, gears appear to be very well made, It’s an elegant and clean dress watch. Weight is good. Case finish is neat and not tacky. I am really loving these kickstarter type brands because it’s so good value for money. I don’t understand how the high end brands can justify the price nowadays.

I was very surprised with the quality of this watch, the weight, amazing, love a heavy watch, looks, classy, shame I've got to give it to my son for his 18th.
Delivery was spot on, well wrapped and presented nicely within the box.

Wonderful watch!
I ordered an Arthur Charles watch and was delighted that it was delivered in 24 hours! It came carefully boxed and in great condition. It was set to exactly the correct time, too! I need to have a couple of links removed to make it a good fit for my wrist but otherwise I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

Reliable & effecient Company
I am happy with Arthur Charles service from order to delivery but unfortunately the watch is not suitable for my husband. In the end I had to return it - they have confirmed they've refunded me in full - I've not checked my credit card company yet. I don't hesitate to reccommend them to friends & family - I will definitely buy from this company again should I need a timepiece myself. Thank you Arthur Charles for 'your second to none' customer service.
