If Poundland did trainers they would be better quality! ….came squashed in a tiny tiny blue bag and I honestly cannot imagine how or why anyone in their right mind would make such shite and actually consider selling it!!!!! Id love nothing more than to have the opportunity to throw these things off the creators head for the sheer insult of asking anything more than a pound for such junk….they should be hideously ashamed of their obvious cover story website that is 100% not legitimate…they should be sued for the cost of shipping such shite and and adding to the pollution it has caused! I won’t bother righting with them for the money back as I see from other reviews I should have checked before hand it’s definately not worth it but huge mistake !!!! Reporting to trading standards!!!

I am now traumatised, I have only just read these reviews, I ordered a pair of shoes three weeks ago, all I have had from the company is that they are on their way. I ordered thinking that they were coming from London, surely there must be some legal way of stopping this company from hiding the true facts, yet again I feel that we the customers are being let down…I have just received the shoes, they are at least a size smaller that stated and the quality is absolutely terrible, definitely will not be shopping here again, please be aware, the previous reviews are correct, these have come from China.

This is not a legitimate site avoid! I wish I had seen these reviews. The product I received was not what was advertised and I’ve been told I need to pay high fees to return the item. I’ll be raising a charge back my bank and reporting as a scam business. AVOID!!

Do not order anything from this company. Wait ages for your order only for it to be the wrong size. Communication is useless. They are a Chinese company pretending to be European. Only gave them 1 star because there is no 0 option. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible custmer service. Tried to do everything to not provide a refund. Did not follow the law re: consumer purchases and caused me significant stress. Do not buy from this company.

Parcel did not arrive, Evri courier uploaded a photo of an unidentifiable parcel at someone else's door. This retailer has so far failed to issue me a refund or replacement despite me providing photos of my door and advising them of their responsibility for my parcel, quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After around 20 emails back and forth I made a claim via my card issuer, providing all the same evidence. Arthur Margaret London have appealed it.
I strongly believe that their customer service comms are AI generated twaddle and if they are not, they should be ashamed of themselves.
My order was placed in August. The good news is that I only ordered one item.

Scammers! I can't believe people would buy from a business website without searching for the reviews?!?

Do not fall for this company!
They state they are based in London which is false advertising – they are not! Apparently operating from the Netherlands with goods shipped from China.
Ordered a pair of boots – they arrived in a flimsy packet, squashed, damaged and made of the cheapest material possible and were wrongly sized. Took several photographs and contacted the company who said they would give me a credit note – not acceptable – then they kept offering credit notes to even bigger values. I asked for a full refund (to which I’m entitled) as the Boots were not fit for purpose and only fit for the bin! They demanded I post them to a bizarre address in China that was a freight elevator and then only offering 60% refund! They refuse to cover postage which would’ve been up to £30. I have refused to pay postage and demanded a full refund and passed the matter to UK Trading Standards and International Consumer Care who are investigating and aware of this company. Thankfully, my bank have credited my account and have blocked any future transactions from this company.

Shoes took ages to be delivered.
Cheap plastic. A lot of money for what I ordered.
Have emailed to return but I don't hold out much hope.

More cheap, ill fitting rubbish. Assume it's cheap Chinese junk again. Serve me right for not checking the reviews before buying. Will never buy shoes on line again unless its a well known, reputable high street brand. These are going straight in the bin. Do NOT waste your money.

Do not use, company is a "drop shipping" company that sends goods from China which are not as advertised on their website. I purchased "premium leather boots" for £50 which turned out to be poor quality synthetic items and not reflecting the images of their products online in any form.

They will not refund you unless you send the products back to China at your own cost (£30 from UK), which heavily outweighs the price of the goods. Instead they will offer you inflated discounts for repeat business.

They act illegally and do not conform to the consumer rights act, they masquerade as a company from the UK when they are not.

I would not recommend, a refund of the items now is challenged through bank disputed transactions and visa chargeback instead, they have seemingly set up a recurring payment on my account too which I have since had to get the bank to block and the fraud team contacted.

I would give this site no stars if I could. Do not buy from here. The products are cheap - probably obtained from a Chinese website and then sold at inflated prices. You will not get a refund, they will not accept returns but offer a replacement item, and one only, so not to the value of your original purchase. It is a scam and I currently have my credit card company involved to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

When I first came across this store, I did wonder if I should place an order. Today I received a package for the third time, and just like always, it was perfect. Everything fit, and I’m very satisfied once again. Thanks, Margaret.

This is a fake company, they do not have addresses in the Netherlands or London and elsewhere probably.
They steal your money and don’t want to refund just offer more horrible clothes with an huge discount! I checked the returns and they just said you have to request a refund and I stupidly was duped.

THE CLOTHES:
The shoes plastic, they arrived squashed up. They were awful. The dungarees size small were super large they were made from a cheap fabric, thin and flimsy. Hideous. These items looked lovely in the photos.
Such a shame, I feel so stupid. Beware of these people and on line companies with attractive websites within Europe, if there is no customer service telephone number I wouldn’t trust it.

The parcel took weeks to arrive here. Communication very polite.
To cut a long story short, I’ve returned the parcel at the cost of £30.56p and this company are now saying I’m only going to receive 40% refund. They are thieves, I have their address, I’m going to have to contact my bank and see if I can get the money back from these criminals.

They are not based in London. I ordered a Tankini which was shipped from abroad and took a long time to arrive. The quality is substandard despite paying over £40 in the sale!!
Please do you research, wish I did. This website has only been up and running a short time. I suspect they change their name each time their bad reviews mount up!

Do not believe their advertising. This is not a sustainable brand, is not based in London, charges for returns and will not refund anything in the sale.
