DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

I never received my flowers. This company takes your money and doesn't send you the flowers. ARTIFICIALMERCH was no help in getting a refund. PAYPAL was no help in getting a refund... had to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.

Artificialmerch Is Worse Company Ever

I would give this company 0 stars if I could, so had to reluctantly give it a 1 star. I ordered flowers for Memorial Day , shipping was supposed to be 7 to 12 business days and I placed my order on May 3rd. I never got a tracking number, so probably hasn't even shipped yet . The 12 business days was May 20 , today is May 23 , 2025. I have contacted then 6 times and not one response . I even gave them my phone number and email address. So I am contacting my credit card company to dispute them . This is THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM !!!! MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!

I placed an order on May 11th and haven’t received an update. After reading all of these reviews I’m worried that it will never come now. If anyone has any advice please let me know how to contact the company for a refund.

I ordered $300 worth of flowers for my…

I ordered $300 worth of flowers for my wedding back in February. I emailed 2 separate people at the this company. The sales email as well as one I found on their Facebook. I got responses from both. One stated that I would have my order by the end of April. Here I am no order still and it's almost June. I also haven't heard anything else back since then. I got the blanket apology they seem to send everyone and post on here as a reply. The responses are identical. I just want my flowers. It shouldn't be this hard. I see the scam this scam that just give people what they pay for or their money back. It cost $0 to be a decent person. This has been a terrible headache on top of planning a wedding by myself. Save yourself the time and the money.

No Contact and I Never Received My Order

I would have left a 0 star if I could. I placed an order from this website on April 17th and never received an update that the order had shipped and it has still not been delivered. I sent an email to the contact provided on the website on 5/1, 5/6, 5/8, and 5/17 and have yet to hear anything back about a refund. I am extremely upset at their lack of customer support and communication. At this point I let them know that I am demanding a refund for my order.

I’ve ordered from ArtificialMerch before—while the first experience was rocky with delayed shipping, they did respond promptly to my emails and resolved the issue quickly.

Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I placed another order in August 2024 and was quoted a shipping timeframe of 15–25 days. It is now May 17, 2025—over 8 months later—and I still have not received my order. The order status shows as unfulfilled, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response or support this time.

There is no phone number listed for customer service, so email appears to be the only method of contact—and that has clearly failed me. My wedding is in October 2025, less than 5 months away, and this delay has added a huge amount of stress to an already busy time. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend relying on this company for time-sensitive events.

I truly hope someone from ArtificialMerch sees this and finally addresses my order.

I have not received my order as of today May 16, 2025. I have only received my confirmation email of the order. I have sent emails to contact them with no reply. This company shouldn't be in business. I wished I had seen the reviews before I ordered. From now on I will check! I will definitely comment on every ad i see on Facebook....GUARANTEED!!!

should have read the reviews. placed an order, recieved no tracking after 10 days. contacted them and got no response.

as soon as i filed a dispute with paypal and got a refund via paypal suddenly they had time to send an email apologizing but still no order and no refund (from them)

I placed an order on March 25th but…

I placed an order on March 25th but never received any tracking information, just an order confirmation, which said that my order should arrive within 15 to 25 business days. 25 business days would have been 4/29, it is now 5/8, and I have sent 3 emails to them politely asking for an update or any sort of tracking info, and haven't received a reply. (Order #18648)

Please do not buy from this company it is a scam!

Ordered a substantial amount of flowers from them and didn't receive my order after a month and a half so I contacted PayPal to get a refund. Also I wrote them four times in the one and a half months I waited for my flowers and got absolutely NO response.

No communication

As many other reviews, I'd like to give it zero stars. I read reviews after placing my order so I immediately emailed to cancel my order since many reviews said they take months to ship and I need it next month. Haven't received a response and it's been almost a month. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding in Jan 2025. In February Artificial Merch cancelled my order totally almost $300. I'm still awaiting my credit card refund to spite emailing them multiple times. Nothing. They claim there's an issue with the shopify account refund.
