Sometimes if our chocolates melt and re-form while being stuck in transit discolouration can occur.

Short sell by dates
The coffee is delicious and delivery was very quick. My only complaint was the short sell by date on the chocolates. It makes it difficult to buy products as a gift.

Hi Mandy - thanks for the feedback, due to the small batch artisan nature of our chocolates some of the varieties with milk have a shorter life than our varieties with more dark chocolate. We recommend if you are purchasing for Christmas to order during or after the Black Friday sales to get the longest life possible for your loved one - the minimum life we despatch with is 3 months best before.

Fantastic and a beautiful gift
The order was delivered promptly and beautifully presented in a tasting box with a tasting booklet giving the background and profile of each of the coffees too. Really impressed and will.purchase again. I even got a bonus gift, but was delighted when it turned out to be a whole boxful of coffee bags as I was expecting 1 or 2. Absolutely fantastic

Convenient, delicious coffee at a good price.
I received a selection box of Artisan Coffee Co. coffee bags as a Birthday gift a colleague ordered through Amazon. Nicely presented, and soon became a very convenient way to make great coffee when I'm at work. Couldn't stand going back to microground instant coffee so I subscribed, which was an easy process using the QR code on the welcome leaflet. Chose a few of my favourite 'characters' to receive boxes monthly. The coffee smells and tastes delicious, and is excellent value. Even with postage, it only works out around £0.40 a cup. Much nicer and infinitely more cost effective than going for a Costa ;) The complimentary chocolate with each box is a lovely touch as well.
