I bought my dad the ultimate coffee bag collection of 48 coffee bags for Christmas. They are a great idea. He liked them so much I have bought him some more in the January sale. They are in a lovely box so nice as a gift. It was easy to buy them online and the delivery was fast. Thank you.

Being able to purchase a variety of good coffee in a bag is a big bonus. Received my first samples in a Christmas gift and went on to purchase more of the blend I enjoyed

This the first time I have bought your coffee and did so on the reviews. However, my wife and tried a bag each and we both do not like the taste and the texture is very powdery. Very disappointed, and unfortunately bought 2 boxes. Is it possible to return them as we will not be using the coffee again? One box hasn't been opened and the other has only two bags missing.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong pods even though it said suitable for Nespresso machines. Box is untouched and was refused any exchange or refund. Even said about going over 28 days but due to Christmas and their delay in replying was quite put out that that was blamed on me. They really didn't care!!

Emailed them after ordering to request a change of delivery address. Even though it was a weekend they responded promptly to confirm my request. Coffee went down a treat for Christmas and was beautifully packaged and well received. We enjoyed it so much we’ve bought more and I have a feeling we’ll become regular customers!

The website asked for delivery address but then reverted back to the default (my) address before payment so one order came to myself instead. When re-ordered to the correct address it had the wrong gift message in it - addressed to strangers, so person receiving gift wasn't sure who sent it. But it arrived on time, and apparently the coffee was great.

Bought as a gift for someone, for Christmas, so I can't really comment on the taste. However, it was packaged really well and I thought it a good introduction to the coffees and chocolates you sell.

This has become my go-to place to offer coffee! And the gifts are always appreciated!

I just love everything about these coffee's.
There's something for everyone's tastes. I use the coffee bags, I love the smell that hits my nose when I open one! So fresh! Always makes me go 'Mmmmmm.' The little complimentary chocolate disc with each box is a lovely treat too.

There was some damage, by the shippers, to our order, which was meant as a gift. Artisan Coffee were superb in dealing with the issue and made us feel like we were a valued customer. We will be using them again.
