Beware!

Ordered a painting back in January 2021. Fast forward to September 2021 and i have not received my order yet.

Got various reasons from them such as: a major eruopean canvas maker went bankrupt to some framework material from Japan being delayed due to the Suez Canal incident. Back in June they said that their container had arrived and they would Fedex my order asap. Still no painting.

Beware. Major, major scam.

Please note that unfortunately many shipping couriers are still have been impacted by many new regulations and parcels may take a little longer to arrive than usual with limited flights and pick-ups, and that we are definitely not a scam!

Took 3 months; Arrived Damaged.

Order took nearly three months to arrive. When it did arrive, it had a huge hole in the box, and in the canvas. I've written customer service twice with no response. I'll keep trying but you would think someone would respond to customer service requests.

Never arrived

Waited 5 months, my painting never arrived, a new excuse every time I wrote to customer service, and in the end, they stopped answering me...

Please note that unfortunately many shipping couriers are still have been impacted by many new regulations and parcels may take a little longer to arrive than usual with limited flights and pick-ups.

4-9 business days transit time (United States)
5-10 business days transit time (Europe)
4-9 business days transit time (Southeast Asia)
10-16 business days transit time (Philippines)
4-8 business days transit time (Australia and New Zealand)
8-22 business day transit time (all other countries).

If an order isn't delivered within the time frame, please know that as soon as our customers reach out to us we would absolutely look into the situation and assist our customers accordingly.

Scam?

I ordered one painting on 10th April. It is now 14th July and I am yet to receive it. Very little response to emails, told 2 weeks ago I would receive the tracking number the next day and still not received it. On my “online account” that status hasn’t changed from “processing”. Emailed them a few times saying i think it’s a scam and I want an urgent update or I’ll be requesting a refund - no reply.

I’ve been living in hope that my art…

I’ve been living in hope that my art would arrive even after reading all the negative reviews here. I have tried and tried with many emails and they best response is “it’s been delivered”

Product Received

I ordered this painting 2 months ago almost 3. It took forever but it finally came. I thought it had a gloss finish but it doesn’t it’s straight canvas. I love it! Looks just like the pictures on the site minus the glass like finish but I think it looks more classy that way so I’m happy. Customer service responded once after 4 emails for an update. But I received it so no harm no foul.

SCAM! Do not buy from Artisterial!

Scam Alert!
Ordered weeks ago 3 paintings.
Was supposed to be shipped on May 13.
No news. No updates. No replies to my emails.
I asked for a refund, no answer.
Pathetic customer Service.
This is most likely a SCAM.
Do not purchase from these crooks.

2 month wait for 3 paintings...scam??

We are yet to receive 3 paintings that I ordered on 17th March, and it is now 16th May. I have emailed asking for clarity of when our paintings will be delivered and had very vague responses. I am starting to think this is a big scam.....beware...

The painting looks fantastic

The painting looks fantastic and I had to wait slightly longer than I expected however it was worthy. Re delivery slightly more frequent update/ communication could be encouraged. Overall I'm really happy with this fantastic product. Thanks.

Absolutely pathetic customer services

Absolutely pathetic customer services. Its been over a month since i placed an order (Order Number - 8343) and so far haven't received any update on delivery status. I have sent almost 5 separate emails asking and yet no response.

Order value over £200.

Fraud/Betrug

Ich kann jedem abraten hier auch nur einen Cent auszugeben. Die Ware wird nicht verschickt. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert. Etwaige Mails bzgl. einer Lieferung sind offensichtlich automatisch und mit falschem Inhalt abgeschickt.
Eine Rückzahlung ist nur unter Einschaltung von Paypal möglich. Hierbei werden im Rahmen des Käuferschutzes auch noch Angebote von 10% des Kaufpreises gemacht, obwohl es die Waren aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht einmal gibt. Es handelt sich bei Artisterial eindeutig um Betrug.

100% Scam. Avoid.

Not often I rate badly, but man I wish people would pay attention to the bad reviews here.

My story is much like the others here. Ordered on 7 October 2020, have them some grace due to COVID and Brexit, but fed nothing but lies from their "support" and then radio silence after requesting a refund 2/3 months ago.

My fault really for not doing more due diligence. No registered company and deleted comments on Facebook, with shoddy reviews. I doubt the 5* reviews are genuine.

If you read this, please please avoid.
