Had a wonderful weekend with a beautiful group of ladies. I've never experienced Reiki before and really enjoyed it. Kelly and Kim are brilliant teachers - I would highly recommend this course to anyone.💚

I really didn’t know what to expect and went with an open mind. The weekend didn’t disappoint I felt so relaxed and rested after two days with the most wonderful company. I would rate this as one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I can’t wait to see where this takes me

Just such a lovely weekend doing a Reiki course with Kim and Kelly.
Everyone was made to feel so welcome from the start.
Everyone of us felt so different after the course, it was so relaxing, but very informative at the same time.
Unfortunately we've all been through cancer and worse, but what a help Reiki is.
Totally recommend to anyone who wants to find inner peace and more.

I’ve had sessions with Kim in the past for Reiki, reflexology and yesterday I’ve had pleasure to experience CranioSacral session and all I can say is - she is an absolute gem! She makes you feel at ease, safe and I can always feel her deep passion and care for what she does. My daughter stoped having period pains and severe discomfort after few reflexology sessions with Kim.

CranioSacral session with Kim was absolutely amazing, she walked me though the process, was very professional, my body and mind always relaxes deeply in her presence because she has this angelic essence about her and her space is beautifully curated for most relaxing and healing atmosphere. I disconnected from days stress and surrendered to Kim’s flow of work as she worked her magic and I felt renewed and balanced after the session. Highly recommend!🌟

Wowww my daughter was very very anxious for a oral operation coming up. My daughter had EFT therapy with Kelly and what an amazing beautiful person she is. My daughter came out of therapy feeling relaxed, calm and no care in the world. She says she really isn't worried anymore! I can not tgsnk Kelly enough for what she has done for my daughter. Fingers crossed for Friday x

Kelly is amazing ! I can honestly say this 6 week journey of healing with her has changed my life . She is kind and caring and I can't recommend her enough . ❤️

I have just been on the reiki 1 course and what an amazing weekend. Kim and Kelly are so lovely and made me feel very welcomed. I haven’t felt this relaxed in maybe ever! I want to hold onto this wonderful relaxed, peaceful feeling and take it everywhere with me. I don’t want to give to much away, but if you want to feel relaxed and at peace with yourself and with the world and connect with other likeminded people then this course is for you. The best weekend ever, Kelly and Kim's energy is amazing. The pace of the course is perfect. My energies feel on another level literally. They have opened my eyes and opened my heart. A beautiful course, I highly recommend joining and tune in to your own energies. A very worthwhile course and can't wait to get practising. I’ve had the most amazing learning experience this weekend being taught Reiki 1 by Kim and Kelly from the Art of Wellbeing. Was made to feel so welcome and at ease with these two fantastic teachers and the lovely group of ladies I shared this with. We even practised on each other, great atmosphere and so calming. I have just spent an another wonderful Reiki attunement weekend with Kim and Kelly completing my Reiki 2 workshop. Both of the workshops I have done left me amazed and enlightened and have truly enriched my life.
The course was well structured but with a relaxed approach and the resource packs I have received are so useful.

This course was an absolutely beautiful weekend with beautiful people. The weekend had a fantastic structure alongside a relaxed atmosphere.
I am so thankful to The Art of Well-being for running this course and will continue to use reiki in my everyday life.

My reiki session with Kelly has honestly transformed my life. Kelly is the most welcoming and warm person I have met in a long time and she helped me through a very challenging time. Since our session my anxiety and feeling lost has gone. All good things have happened... From securing a job and financial security to managing my stress and anxiety I cannot begin to thank her enough for helping me through a dark place. Kelly and Kim are two of the warmest and kindest souls and I was lucky enough to train in Reiki Level 1 under their gentle and knowledgeable expertise.

The experience was quite life changing and I would recommend it to anyone looking to increase their wellbeing.

They provided us with the tools to practice reiki on ourselves and others.

I have also had reflexology from Kim and can highly recommend her.

I would definitely like to try treatments with Kelly too after meeting her.

I had the pleasure of experiencing belief coding with Kelly.
She welcomed me with her beautiful smile. Her aura overflowed with love, kindness and safety.
The treatment room was tranquil and inviting.
I had hit a very difficult and challenging period in my life and needed some support. Kelly, gently and intuitively guided me through emotive past events and associated beliefs.
I gained so much understanding and released so much unhelpful baggage.
I highly recommend Kelly.

I have been seeing Trisha for a long time and I've had the pleasure of seeing Trisha's abilities grow and become a lot stronger. She really cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed and reach their goals and is committed to helping them achieve that. With Trisha's help, I have recently understood what's been holding me back and am now actively working on myself and achieving my goals. I would not have been able to do this without her support. I would highly recommend seeing Trisha, she is gifted and able to tune into people and help them unblock and clear the way forward to help make dreams come true.

I went to see Kelly for a belief coding session. I was greeted with a warm smile, this made me feel at ease. The treatment room. Is a beautiful space this made me feel safe.
As we worked through the session Kelly was very calm and reassuring. I was able to release childhood memories and old hurts from my past. After the session I felt my old wounds had healed, and had lots of forgiveness in my heart. Belief coding has enchanted my life.
I would highly recommend Kelly, her calm presence and compassion resonate deep into your soul.
