DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM, WHOEVER SHANNON IS HAS CONTINUED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK AND DELIVERED NO ITEMS AND ISNT REPLYING TO ME WHAT SO EVER.
IT LOOKS LIKE OTHERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I CANT BELIEVE THIS SITE STILL OPERATES
I have purchased a print and have had no contact from the company regarding when it will be delivered- this is now 2 weeks ago- I have contacted Art Snob several times but get no reply- I have also used the form on SHOP to try and contact them again no reply
Ordered a print - has never arrived. Have tried chasing a number of times but the emails bounce back as contact email no longer available. Contact form also doesn't work. Either it's a total con or the company has gone out of business and / or can't cope with orders. Either way, they've got my money!
I purchased a print from Artsnob. It arrived damaged (the package and poster were partially crushed). Worse, however, was the quality of the print. It had none of the vibrancy of the images on the website, the colours were very dull and the blacks were grey and chalky, so alot of the detail was lost in the murky printing. Artsnob agreed to refund me in full, but they never did! After a couple of attempts to get an update, they finally told me that they had tried to refund me twice, but Paypal had a issue that meant the refund wouldn't clear. I called Paypal, they said they had no record of a refund request! I told Artsnob this, Artsnob then stopped replying to my emails! Fortunately, Paypal stepped in and refunded me in full. DO NOT BUY FROM ARTSNOB.
The poster was not protected for postage and delivery. It came wrapped in a pretty piece of tissue paper and a plastic bag! The poster inevitably suffered creases in transit. I will not be buying from Artsnob again.
I absolutely love my piece however I had absolutely no communication with the site and thought I’d been scammed for about a week. Thankfully I hadn’t and I’m very pleased with my picture.
Item hasn’t arrived and multiple emails sent but all ignored
I received the wrong item. As of today my email about it has not been responded to.
I’m beyond impressed with my order! The two prints I received are absolutely stunning!! The quality is outstanding, with rich colors and a thick paper that feels like velvet, that really makes them stand out. Compared to other prints I’ve bought elsewhere, these are on a completely different level of quality and finish. They arrived quickly, perfectly packaged, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m thrilled with them and will definitely be coming back for more!
My print was incredibly high quality, probably the highest quality i’ve received so very happy the price was well worth it. Delivery seemed to be really quick too not sure how they’ve pulled it off.
