We stayed at this apartment in London for 4 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. There were 6 of us staying there, and one of the biggest problems was the hot water. After only 2 people had a shower, the hot water would completely run out, meaning the rest of us had to either wait ages or take freezing cold showers. For an apartment hosting larger groups, this is simply not acceptable.
The WiFi was also extremely poor throughout the whole stay. The internet barely worked and most of us couldn’t properly connect at all. We were constantly losing connection, and even basic browsing or using apps was difficult. If you need reliable internet, avoid this place.
Parking was another huge issue. There was no proper parking available apart from residents-only spaces, which caused a lot of stress . The area itself also felt very unsafe and appears to be known for car break-ins and damage. During our stay, 2 cars nearby were smashed into, which made us feel uncomfortable leaving our vehicles anywhere around the apartment.
Another issue was the heating in the bathroom. We repeatedly asked the host to turn on the central heating because the bathroom was freezing cold. We were told the heating system was controlled by them, yet despite asking multiple times over the 4 nights, it was never switched on. Communication from the host was poor and the issues were never properly resolved.
Overall, the apartment did not match expectations at all and the stay became more stressful than enjoyable. Between the lack of hot water, terrible WiFi, unsafe area, parking problems, and heating issues, we would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to others, especially families or larger groups.

Great stay overall. The host is kind and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything smooth from check-in to departure. The property is spotless and well maintained. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Central Line station nearby. The view from the 31st floor is stunning and made the experience even better.

I had a really lovely stay here. The flat was spotless, beautifully organised, and had everything we needed to enjoy our break away. The beds were very comfortable, and check‑in was simple and stress‑free. The host was polite, responded quickly, and even checked in after our arrival to make sure everything was okay.
The location was ideal, only 20–30 minutes by train into central London, and close to Wembley, which had plenty to do without the crowds of the city. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm.
There were a couple of very minor issues: the pool cues could do with replacing, one of the balcony chairs needs a little attention, and the balcony door was quite noisy when opening and closing. None of these things stopped us from enjoying the pool table or having the best time, they were tiny details in an otherwise fantastic stay.
Overall, a lovely flat, great communication, and a really enjoyable break. I would definitely recommend it and would come back in a heartbeat

This is ridiculous!
I was outside for almost 30min trying.to open the box. I went around the back after some time and found another box and still it would not open. I called the neighbour Lewis who tried to help. It's cold, and I was bursting for the toilet. I ended up pissing on the plants, and no that's not the only thing I wanted to go to the toilet for.

I called the +44333 number on the email and it didn't work. Lewis with a UK number tried too and it didn't work. The chat on booking.com didn't work. That's why I emailed. Finally when I got a reply the code was different. WTF!

I'm tired not having slept from work in 2 days, plus a long journey to then spend almost an hour outside in the cold thinking about breaking in and shitting myself. £350+ for 2 nights not well spent till now.

Additionally, both sofa and armchair were disgusting. No welcome note, or bottle of water and less no discount offered.

- Not very clean, the stairs leading to the apartment were dirty, there was a lot of dust under the sofa, and the floor around the washing machine was dusty.
- ⁠Some messy stuff at the front of the room door and in the bedroom.
- The bathroom ceiling fan wasn't working.
- The room heater was old and didn't work optimally.
- The water heater in one bathroom only worked occasionally, and it stopped working on the last day before check-out.
- The toaster wasn't working.
- The TV antenna wasn't working.

It wasn't good for the condition like winter season

The description on Air B&B was a lie. It said 4 guests but only had 1 bed. My daughter slept on the floor the first night and it took until 8.50pm the second night to get the airbed that was promised 'first thing'.
I do not believe this is anyones flat. It was in a building with several flats and we also took delivery of a second airbed for Flat 4 above us. I assume they were conned by the same occupancy lie.
Responses were standard over text.
When I called the number the person who answered always said Brandon and Zain were not available.

Host is responsive and replies quickly, no issues, lovely property and comes with plates, pots, pans everything you need etc, also close to a train station, co op and a corner shop walking distance. Honestly loved it and will be booking again

Great area. Close to the tube. Host could communicate better
