I have had an experience recently where I had lots of parking fines due to a change of address which escalated and I was fined nearly £1000.00 Lisa in the fines department reached out to all of the companys for me and I was refunded for this error.
I never imagined this would happen and I only emailed not expecting to get support.
Lisa has made my week and I was over the moon thanks again Lisa for going above and beyond for your customers

I had a superb experience with M. Stratton at Arval. From the moment I made my initial inquiry, he distinguished himself from all the other leasing contacts I had reached out to.
His patience was commendable, especially since we were uncertain about which car we wanted, and it took us several weeks to make a final decision. Throughout this time, Martin responded to all my inquiries promptly and with patience
I also contacted other companies and found that many of them relied on automated responses, which was frustrating.
We feel very fortunate to have connected with Arval and would not hesitate to recommend Martin to our friends and family.

I got a puncture by driving over some debris on the M1 south. Phoned Arval for recovery and tire replacement and they were great. Handled everything professionally and politely. Recovery services took a long time getting to me but finally got where I needed to be. Tire replacement was next day by mobile tyre replacement which was essential since I could not drive with a puncture. Overall Arval were great although recovery services could have been quicker

So far the ordering process seems to be ok.
I ordered a vehicle back in January and been informed this will be delivered in May.
Not sure why it should take that long but as it was a good deal with the company I work for, I’m prepared to wait.
So far I have no reason to think it will be any longer.
Communication has been good to date.
Will be writing a review or updating this one once the car has been delivered.

Working for a sister company of arval I thought organising a car before starting and during working with them would be a smooth process. 17-19 attempts, trying different avenues i eventually gave up. I should have provided my own car from the beginning.

Process and communication was good, but let down by the car being delivered with dirty glass on the inside and the car was delivered with 95 miles already on the clock

Good income, good credit score, declined application?
I posted a similar review a few days ago, however the speedy response and advice to appeal made me reconsider if posting it was a tad premature, so I took it down.
Now I have a better sense of the situation, I’ll post it up just to get Arval’s attention, as things have stalled completely.
It’s a shame Omoda have only enlisted Arval to sort finance, as I’ve been pre-approved for twice the amount across multiple lenders.
I may have to just stick with VW as they are no hassle at all. I have leased with them for 5 years now, not a single payment missed.
Edit: can someone from Arval look at my application ASAP? You are refusing to let the lease company appeal on my behalf, but you’re also not replying to emails, nor taking calls about it?

Ordered my car in October and finally received it in February. That was my only issue. But overall, the ease of ordering, the actual delivery itself, was all done in a very professional manner. I did need my car sooner, and they helped as much as they could which was really appreciated.

This has been my first experience with car leasing. My trepidation was soon dispelled as I was carefully steered through each initial stage by Arval’s professional and helpful staff. Throughout the 4 years I have had the car the driver helpline has been very supportive and helped me through a few tricky moments, especially when all 4 tires were punctured at once! I highly recommend the Arval team. I am now looking for the next car and hope that Arval will, again, be attached to this lease.

In my experience, this company is cheap and you get what you pay for.
Customer service is ok but they take a long time to get through to via phone or email.
It's probably worth going with if you pay for maintenance in my experience. The Car arrived on time all good but I noticed the wiper blades needed replacing. No problem since I paid for maintenance. Arval said it needed to be done by the main dealer, so I booked it in there about a week after I got the car. When I went to collect it, they informed me that the vehicle had needed servicing so they did that and found that on a previous service the brake pads had been fitted the wrong way round! I contacted arval to complain that they sent a vehicle that wasn't really fit to be driven, and immeidiately needing a service.
Took a while but I got a nice response and a credit for one month's lease which was fine.
My lease has since expired and the vehicle was collected as agreed etc.
almost a month later, I have received an email informing me that my monthly payments will increase until I return the car. Emailed them twice now and haven't got through on the phone since I don't have all day to wait for someone to answer.

Charged triple on first payment. Raised complaint and was told this amount was correct, that I had received my car 3 months ago. This was not true, I'd had it only a few weeks.
A month has passed now and they have never called me back to resolve this. All they have to do is refund 2x payments or not charge me for next 2 months. Why is this complicated?
Since the reply from Arval below I've had zero contact

Can be slow to respond to emails so always best to call them. They do respond quickly and have enjoyed having their services.
They have been very understanding with my changes.
