Arya Collections is the worst online shopping website. NEVER puchase anything from that place. I ordered two sarees, and one was nothing like what was shown in the image and the other came torn. They do not reply to messages, offer a refund, nor do they send me the saree in perfect shape.

This is a serious complaint regarding a torn and damaged saree that I received from you. The
product is clearly defective, and this level of quality is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted you repeatedly through WhatsApp and Instagram, and you have chosen not to respond. My WhatsApp messages have been ignored, and my Instagram messages have received no reply. It strongly appears that my number has been blocked, which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible customer service.

I am demanding an immediate resolution — either a full refund or a replacement — without any further delay. Do not ignore this message. If I do not receive a proper response within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter publicly and through the appropriate consumer complaint channels

The most unresponsive people. I have ordered a month ago through website- haven't received my parcel , no response to enquiries, calls. They are scammers please don't order

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took far too many attempts to get the return address, and when I sent my return via their recommended method, they have 'missed' every attempted delivery. They have not replied to several of my emails now, complaining of this fact. Do NOT waste your money here.

Quick to respond when asking about making an order, however when asking for the returns address to send item back get no response.

Placed and order which was a Christmas present and one week later receive a refund without an email to explain anything. Pretty rubbish way to run a business if you ask me

Very impressed with the amazing quality of Arya’s Pj’s, they are so soft and comfy! I wouldn’t get my Pj’s now from anywhere else. Love that they are personalised with my name. Would highly recommend!

I cannot even put into words how happy I am with my order and the quality of service provided! I ordered some new nightwear and I’ve never seen quality like it before! It is so high end and unbelievably comfortable. From the colour to the design, everything is so sleek and yet makes a big statement. I couldn’t recommended Aryaofficiale enough to everyone! Would also recommend the scrunchie as my hair is thanking me now!

Probably the best customer service I have experienced. I order via etsy a pair of bamboo pjs, I was contacted immediately by the seller apologising for the ones I wanted being out of stock. She was incredibly helpful suggesting an alternative.
I love the pjs so much I ordered an additional pair almost immediately, but made an error on the order, it was rectified immediately (on a bank holiday weekend).
The bamboo pjs are fabulous quality and great for my night sweats, I'd be recommending them anyway, but for customer service I wish I could give a 10 star review.

Absolutely loved my Arya pyjamas. I have ordered from brands like HA before and these are far better quality. The monogramming is also great quality and I’ve had so many compliments when wearing them. I will definitely order more colours too!

Arya puts great effort into every order; starting from the style choice, to colour choice, to monogramming (optional) and packaging. Not only are they versatile in style choice but also in size, I was able to order a Christmas gift for my sister who is expecting, my mum and my 3 year old niece. When shopping from Arya, it’s clear that you can purchase a gift for everyone - this is a hard-find in the PJ market. Having purchased five pairs of Arya PJs - I would definitely recommend Arya Officiale in a heartbeat! I can’t wait to order my new Summer PJs.

Recently ordered a red pj set and can honestly say that they are amazing. Love the quality and really wash up well. Had a great experience shopping with Arya, their customer service was excellent. Definitely will be buying again!

I was totally over the moon with the gorgeous bamboo cotton personalised PJ's.I had bought them as a birthday gift. AyraOfficiale kindly hand stitched the initials I had asked for , onto the pocket.Their communications have been excellent , the PJs are of a very high-quality material, and were beautifully wrapped.I would highly recommend them & will use them againxx

The customer service is second to none. Any questions you have on a product, any size queries, nothing is a problem. The team at Arya are so helpful and kind! The pyjamas are stunning, wash up a treat and are super luxurious and stylish. I loved them so much, I’ve 2 pairs and ordering some more happily’
