My order of two inkjets arrived with one that had leaked out 1/4" of cyan ink out of the tiny hole in the top. I wiped it off and used it anyway.
I complained and they told me too take a picture of it and send it to them.
What good would it do, because I had already wiped it off, and besides I don' know how to send pictures.

I used ASAP's refill service (apparently they contract this work to another company with which ASAP no longer does business). The refill service was unsatisfactory. ASAP promptly responded to my complaints and gave me a full refund. There was no runaround about needing to work with the refill service or that ASAP really couldn't be responsible for failure of the service or of the postal system. I didn't give 5 stars because my preference would have been ink cartridges from ASAP rather than the refund, but maybe they thought I preferred the refund.

I found the package of inkjet cartridges on the porch when I came home. It was in the 30's yesterday, so I have no idea of how long the box sat on the porch, or whether freezing weather would have any long term effects on the output of the cartridges, print quality. The cartridges were into my Epson WF-2540 printer, the cartridges were charged, the print heads cleaned, and the inkjet nozzles adjusted. The printer was never able to print anything but very light copies, no matter how dark the setting was adjusted to on the printer. So I can't tell whether the cartridges were good from the point of origin, or simply defective.
The cartridges that came out of the printer, worked just fine, all that anyone could hope for and were producing quality copies until they ran out of ink.

3 black cart. for 1/2 the competition

This is the first time that I ordered from you. I ordered my ink from another company and was never satisfied, so I thought I would try someone new. I just bought one black and one color just in case I didn't like the products. Was I mistaken?!! Your inks are great. The colors are so crisp and clear that I think you're better than the actual original HP ink. Thank you so much. Will be ordering from you in the future.

I purchased ASAPInkjets the first time on December 19, 2014 and not buying authentic HP inkjets to save money. They do not work. I am less than happy about the response I got in an email asking me to take a picture of them to verify my results. It is clear when you look at the black cartridge that the brass dots do not match up. The connector tape is not put on properly and is pasted on crooked so no connection can be made. I am returning these cartridges and requesting a full refund of my purchase of $39.95. I will no longer trust any secondary market to purchase HP inkjets but will have to pay full price for authentic HP inkjets. Very unacceptable response from your customer service department with ultimately no resolution to the issue.

My printer wasn't working. Had to order ink cartridges because the ones I had would not work. They were shipped immediately and received in a few days. This was during the Xmas holiday so I was surprised to get them so fast. Replaced 2 colors and printer is working fine. I ordered in bulk because the price was right. Pleased they worked out so well.

I bought the ink cartridge for 3 of my printers, an Epson 310, HP 1500 and Dell 942. Once I installed the 4 units in the Epson machine, it keeps telling the cartridges were not authentic with an indication that the blue cartridge is empty. So far I have been unable to make the machine accepts the cartridges. I called your service number and left a message and no one has called for the last 4 days. I have not installed the other ones in fear I will face the same issue.

I'm Lisa and I've ordered 3 36XL, black cartridges for my Lexmark printer. The package came rather quickly, and two of the 3 cartridges worked. I have been using ASAP for many years and can always count on them standing behind their products. Usually I have no problem but when I do I receive fast replies by email or great service over the phone. Sometimes I have cartridges fail and replacements are sent out quickly.

Competative prices and great service. Never a problem with their inks.

I have tremendous success with the ink that I have ordered in the past but my recent purchase my cyan ink cartridge was not entirely full .

Have done business with ASAP for several years with great success! i have to admit my last order was a fluke! I ordered with the 15% off ending the next day after my order and they refused for the discount. This was not a big order, yet I had always received super service and this was a big disappointment. I received no explanation as to why the coupon was not honored.
I do question if they have changed hands and this is new people!
