I had an accident on my Motorcycle in October of 2010, when I came off the Motorcycle on gravel laid by my Local Authority. I asked WE to take on the case against the Local Authority responsible for the actions that led up to my accident. The Local Authority denied any involvement and tried to hide behind a ruling given in a court in London that they considered as being a rule of thumb ruling that exonerated them from any responsibility whatsoever. They continued to not only to deny any wrong doing but also refused to disclose any relevant information on works carried out in the area at the time of the accident. My case was handled by Tracy Lyons, she never gave up on me, even though at times I felt like we would never get anywhere with this.
