Ik werk nu een tijd samen met Casper van Ascended Agency en wat mij vooral opvalt, is dat hij gewoon levert zonder gedoe.

Waar veel partijen blijven hangen in design en “hoe het eruitziet”, zit Casper meteen op de kern: wat gaat dit opleveren? Hij denkt mee vanuit conversie, stelt de juiste vragen en komt niet met standaard oplossingen.

Voor ons als agency is dat cruciaal. Wij brengen traffic en aandacht, maar als de backend niet klopt, lekt alles weg. Casper heeft dat stuk voor meerdere van onze klanten echt strakgetrokken. Betere funnels, hogere conversie, en vooral: duidelijkheid in wat werkt en wat niet.

Communicatie is snel, direct en helder. Geen lange trajecten zonder richting, gewoon stappen zetten en verbeteren.

Would not recommend. His website is misleading since he don't work with the brands he displays. He does not work with Dore & Rose, Hears and Ekster actively. He might have delivered some landing pages to them previously for free or extremely low cost, but i was disappointed to find out those brands are not his current clients.

Casper en zijn team hebben mij geholpen met diepgaand onderzoek naar de markt, positionering en concurrentie. Vanuit die analyse hebben we een concreet plan ontwikkeld voor de store, de benodigde content en de listicle pages per ICP.

De grootste meerwaarde zat voor mij in het kijken door een externe lens. Juist dat perspectief buiten je eigen aannames + onderzoek voorkomt blindspots en zorgt ervoor dat de volledige analyse ook echt doorvertaald wordt naar de store en de uiteindelijke executie.

Casper has broken promises while working with Stille.

Most of the things he agreed to deliver within his own deadline, are still not delivered.

When confronted in a recorded meeting, he took full accountability, said it was unacceptable, said he was really sorry, said it was his fault, said he totally understand. He agreed to refund 1 month to make up for it. I said we would not pay for the current outstanding month because of the situation he has put us in, he said obviously and said it was no problem.

The next day when i was visiting my uncle. He sent a settlement offer that i had to look through and accept within 19 hours and 16 minutes. I was visiting my sick uncle that recently had a stroke, and because of that i replied to the email that it is too short of a timeframe.

He then replied after his time window, that the offer was off the table, and now he will not refund us and he will also require us to pay the final invoice. Thankfully we will be able to handle this legally, but things like this always sucks the energy out of you.

Casper has given a false impression of the work he would deliver in multiple aspects.

It was communicated to focus on the cart and prioritise this over any CRO test and any listicle.

In November we communicated that we have to make the cart work for the Dutch and Danish market. This became our priority and was communicated clearly to Casper.

He said it would be no problem he and his team would handle it. I followed up with Casper and he gave time promises, that he did not keep.

We are now in January, everything on our end is ready to launch for the Danish and Dutch market. Casper's work on the cart is stopping us from doing so. We now have Danish and Dutch bedding sizes that we cannot sell yet. Our 3PL charge us based on the amount of stock we currently have in the system, so having stock that does not reduce in quantity is very expensive.

The cart was just one example that we wanted to include in this review, and Casper had no original defense for this and took full accountability and promised a refund for one month and to delete the outstanding invoice. Now he has backtracked.

Now Casper is saying it was not part of the service and just a bonus. We have communicated this clearly through Slack and recorded meetings that proves this was the task at hand and priority over anything else.

There are CRO edits i have input in the Slack channel, 3 and 4 times that are still not delivered. Some of the things that are delivered has errors with it and you have to follow up to always make sure the work was actually done in the first place, and when it was done you have to quality check the errors, give feedback again, multiple times.

We werken nu een paar maanden samen met Casper en de resultaten zijn opvallend goed. We zien duidelijke verbeteringen in ons conversiepercentage en in onze gemiddelde orderwaarde. Dit komt vooral door slimme quick wins die snel effect hebben. Ook bij productlanceringen en nieuwe salesmomenten halen we nu veel meer uit onze campagnes. Van de website tot de emails staat alles eindelijk op één lijn.
De samenwerking met Casper verloopt prettig. Hij denkt proactief mee, schakelt snel en weet precies waar de grootste kansen liggen. Ik heb het gevoel dat we samen nog veel verder kunnen groeien en dat we het maximale uit onze optimalisaties zullen halen. Kortom, een waardevolle partner die onze business echt vooruit helpt.

Ik had in eerste instantie mijn twijfels, maar Casper en zijn team van Ascended Agency hebben me volledig overtuigd. Ze waren er snel bij, namen mijn zorgen uit handen en leverden méér dan beloofd. Hun aanpak is doeltreffend, hun resultaat overtuigend. Ik kan elke ondernemer aanraden om met hen te werken.

When I wanted to launch a new listicle, it went live just a few days later and was fully optimized. As soon as the first results started coming in, he immediately initiated new A/B tests.

I have never felt like just a number with him. He is always available and ready to give 100%. Currently, we have already improved our ROAS from 2.8 to around 4, I'm excited about the upcoming projects.
