Pour le moment je n’ai eu aucun gros problème

Pour le moment je n’ai eu aucun problème sur la perte de colis, mais j’ai remarqué qu’il y a du retard (1 semaine). Mais c’est compréhensible, on ne peut pas toujours être à l’heure. Mais j’espère éviter qu’on me perd le colis d’après ce que je viens de voir des avis.

De la daube en barre

Avec eux c'est toujours la même chose il faut courir à travers toute la ville pour récupérer son colis ils ont le numéro de téléphone ils sont même pas capable de vous appeler après quand vous appelez service client c'est pareil c'est la même chose c'est néon vous tombez sur des robots ou des personnes qui sont genre dans un centre d'appel qui en ont rien à cirer mon colis par exemple mes colis ça a toujours été la galère je comprends même pas qu'on travaille encore avec un tel moyen un tel service de livraison

Abysmal reply rate / No updates for Months!

So yeah. Same as everybody else here. I have a SINGLE package with ONE little Vintage pony toy STUCK somewhere in an Asendia facility for nearly HALF a YEAR now.
My order was made in OCTOBER 2025. Got my last official update/contact from the courier in November. Then all subsequent tickets I have tried to open have been ignored.
Quite upset with Asendia's lack of customer service and that horrible use of AI chat bot in order to log any issues.
I live in South Africa. One package from the American east coast apparently can't reach me.
Done with eBay forever at this point thanks to Asendia.
So much for their "international shipping"

Pack Never Delivered & No Refund on Duties

I ordered a package in January 2026, it said it was being held at duties although I paid the 40$ in duties. My package never arrived. I have been in contact with Asendia for a refund, however they have made no progress. My last contact with them they said I would hear shortly regarding a refund, it has been a month & I have not heard anything back. It has been an awful overall experience.

commande marquée "livrée" mais je n'ai rien recu

commande aliexpress (c'était ma derniere commande sur ce site, trop de raisons de ne pas commander dessus , on se rend compte déjà que si c'est pas cher à ce point c'est surement qu'on cautionne des pratiques dont on ne veut pas pour nous) , suivi asendia qui indique le colis livré , mais il n'est pas dans ma boite... apparement asendia fait livrer par le facteur de laposte et quand on demande à laposte pourquoi c'est marqué livré , mais que c'est pas le cas , toujours la même réponse : "on a demandé au facteur , et lui dit que c'est livré" .. bref ils ne sont pas capables de fournir de preuves comme d'autres services de livraison (certains font des photos du colis dans la boite)... et si eux font une erreur , ne livrent pas , ou peut etre livrent ailleurs, ..c'est notre faute
ca va pas du tout .. je passe désormais uniquement par des relais colis ou des lockers .. et j'évite les sites qui ne proposent pas ce choix , j'ai déjà perdu trop d'argent dans des colis jamais livrés à cause de laposte/asendia (et si le vendeur effectue une "livraison sans signature", c'est ma faute aussi d'apres le mail de laposte quand je leur signale le probleme)

Le colis n' a jamais été livré dans ma boîte au lettres , il est pourtant notifié sur le suivi "livré". Le numéro de suivi ne fonctionne même pas sur leur plateforme.

Un conseil: ne commandez pas si la livraison est effectuée par ce transporteur

If your order has received a Delivered scan I would advise contacting the final mile courier as we do not deliver parcels and they will provide the most recent information in regards to the location of Delivery.

Versagen auf breiter Front! Meine erste Erfahrung mit Asendia wird hoffentlich auch meine letzte bleiben. Folgendes hat sich zugetragen: Ein Kauf meinerseits bei eBay in den USA. Der Verkäufer, verschickt die Ware mit USPS innerhalb der Staaten an ein Asendia-Verteilzentrum, die wiederum das Packstück entgegennehmen und an mich versenden sollen; soweit klar. Im Verteilzentrum muss das Packstück verlorengegangen sein. Stand: Tag #30. Der Verkäufer stellt einen Nachforschungsantrag; weitere 7 Tage vergehen, ohne dass der Sendungsstatus sich verändert. Tag 38: Das Paket ist wieder aufgetaucht und ist an Bord eines Fliegers Richtung Schweiz in ein Swiss Post-Verteilzentrum. Tag 43: Das Paket ist zum zweiten Mal verschwunden. Tag 50: Das Paket wurde zurück in die USA geschickt. Tag 53: eBay erstattet mir den Kaufpreis. Tag 58: Das Paket soll plötzlich doch geliefert werden. IPZ Frankfurt erledigt und weiter an DHL. Die Zustellung steht kurz bevor. Tag 60: Das Paket ist zum dritten Mal verschwunden, heute bei DHL.

Größter Müll aller Zeiten

Seit Mehr als 2 Wochen nachdem mein Paket anscheinend von USPS an asendia übergeben wurde, hat sich rein Garnichts getan. Keine Sendungsverfolgung, bei Anrufen geht keiner ran, keine Updates, kein nichts. Es ist ein sehr wichtiges Paket was ich eigentlich schon längst hätte erhalten sollen. Aber anscheinend ist es noch nicht mal in meinem Land angekommen. Ich finde dieses Verhalten einfach nur Niederträchtig und hinterhältig. Das sich dieses Unternehmen überhaupt Unternehmen nennen darf sollte illegal sein. Kein Support oder überhaupt jemand der sich kümmert.

In Canada

In Canada, Asendia works with contractors to execute deliveries. Broad Read manages the delivery and in Toronto, Metro Supply chain is tasked with last mile local delivery. The experience is HORRIBLE. If there are any delivery issues, both Asendia and Broad Reach pass the buck and there is NO customer service available from Metro Supply Chain.

Update after Andrea reply: to reiterate, Ascentia passes the delivery to broad reach. Broad reach, then passes the delivery to the local courier, Metro supply chain. Metro supply chain provides absolutely no customer service. Online forms, go unanswered, the chat bot is disabled, and there is no phone number. When a customer tries to contact broad reach for help, they say they cannot assist and redirect you to the retailer. In my case, the retailers only solution was to refund me or resend an order (which was out of stock). this is not acceptable. The issue is particularly with the last mile delivery courier that has provides no way for a receiver to reach them unlike other local carriers.

Deutlich langsam, tracking gibt keine Infos, immer wieder so mit Asendia. Ich kann nicht verstehen warum die gute schweizer Post eine soche Firma mitbesitzt.

Incredibly slow progress

Incredibly slow progress. Items seem to disappear from tracking. Cannot track items in the system. This is the second poor performance in which a parcel took a month to come from the USA to England and for the most part un-trackable. Very poor service. If i could it would be minus stars.
