From start to finish, Siobhan and his team were wonderful. They were responsive, informative, and empathetic as I decided what exactly I wanted. Once I decided, they created a personal order link for me as what I wanted was not available through the website, and communicated with me every step of the way.
I was shocked at how quickly the finished product arrived in the US from the UK. It's everything that I hoped for and now my precious boy (cat) will be near my heart always. I would not hesitate to purchase from Ashes With Art again or to recommend them to a friend.

Everything was wonderful. The communication with georgina, letting me know where they were up to and sorting the delivery out for me. The packaging and how they arrived made it so special. The earrings are better than I expected. I know everytime I wear them ill have a piece of dad with me and receiving them even made me cry they were so special. I cannot thank them enough.

I was so pleased I decided to use Ashes with art. The process of ordering was really easy and I was kept up to date at all stages.
I chose the sterling silver textured ring and it is beautiful, solid and weighty.
Delivery was excellent too. I was given the choice of dates and it arrived in the given timeframe.
The ring was so well packed in both a box and cloth bag complete with a cleaning cloth.
I highly recommend Ashes with art.

Exceptionally helpful
Bought a ring from this company a number of years ago as a memorial to my dog. The ring is beautiful. The packaging it arrived in made a big difference to the order and really made it feel like a special item.
The reason for the review now (yes I should have done one at the time I purchased!) is that I emailed them yesterday with a random question about my item and they replied within two hours with a through, helpful response offering much useful advice. They are very friendly and thoughtful and I really appreciated their support and kindness throughout the whole ordering and aftercare process.

Customer service was outstanding. I received phone calls to check on order information, to update me that they had received my mums hair safely and then to check all the details to ensure safe delivery. The memorial ring arrived beautifully presented together with left over hair that wasn’t used. It’s an amazing tribute to my mum whom I lost only last year. Website easy to use and a great selection of pieces to choose from. Highly recommended.
