Ordered 3 dresses on 11/08/25. As of 17/09/25 I've only received two dresses. They've gone past the date I needed them for so I've emailed 3 times asking for help with refunds because I still haven't received the 3rd dress but I'll have gone past the refund period soon. They send automatic quick responses offering a goodwill gesture of a discount to keep the items, I have emailed so many times, contacted them on their online contact form and tried 2 different email addresses asking for an actual person to help me with my situation and no response. Luckily, I paid on Klarna and will be reporting all these issues to them to help with my payment that is due. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have already ordered and paid, but now realise I've been scammed.
My order has supposedly been shipped but it has said this since the date of order on 6th Sept.
My emails are ignored. I had 1 reply which has been deleted. For a London company, the phone number is for Germany. Now my tracking code is non existent. How do I get my money back

First time using this company.
Dresses look very elegant o website,however, after waiting 24 & 26 days for 2 dresses the quality was very poor, polyester, creased, definitely not worth the money. They aren't even worth £10 each. I am very disappointed with the quality & service.

I received my order of a jumpsuit today after waiting two weeks. The package was torn and the suit had cuts in it on both sides of the bodice front and back. After reading the reviews I have decided to cut my losses as the returns process seems to be fraught with problems and costs. I’m not prepared to throw good money after bad and will never use this company again.

I paid £35 for a 'cotton style' dress. It arrived three weeks later and was made entirely of polyester. When I queried this with the 'customer service' team they were incredibly abusive and threatened legal action against me for fraud. Ridiculous.

Scam never received item

I bought a dress worth £50. I didn't receive any email confirmation but received some cheap smelly garment about a month later. Emailed customer service who offered 30% and I keep the dress or return to sone address in Germany for a full refund. When I queried the address because there is a UK return address on the package, they threatened me with legal action 😂. I couldn't believe it.

Please is there any company named ashfordlondon.uk ? I think I have been scammed almost £300. They have refused to update the purchase I made with them since the 23rd of march.
I’ve checked online and the site doesn’t have any reviews yet
