WOW.. Leeza was the nicest person you could meet. She came into my home and was so knowledgeable about what shutters would suit my kitchen windows. She told me how long it would all take from ordering to fitting and it was all such a fabulous outcome. Will definitely order again for the rest of the house. The shutters look fabulous. Was recommended to contact the Shutter Designer by a friend, so I did. Spoke to a Leeza and arranged for a date and time for her to come round.
On the day of the appointment she did not show at all, did not answer her mobile or call back at all to explain the no show. If a company cannot turn up to an agreed date and time or contact to provide a reason for the no show a week later, they do not deserve my business. I suggest you avoid the Shutter Designer as having read the reviews about their customer service, I think I had a lucky escape.

Used this company to install blinds in my flat. After an initial good customer service, I have had to chase the company several times to get a completion date, many times they didn't answer and when they answered, the answer was "we are busy..". I can't complain about the quality of the product but if they are busy I'd recommend reviewing their staffing levels to improve response time.

We picked Ashford and Surrey Shutters as they had a great reputation. Leeza was great explaining all the options and helping us work out what would be best for us. She was also super flexible as we had to plan the shutters around other work. Fitting went so easily, the guys were lovely and best of all, the blinds look fantastic.

Excellent communication and service, the blinds look wonderful and when I change the upstairs blinds I will definitely be contacting Leeza. Thanks

We had the shutters done at our house in 4 rooms! The expereince with Leeza and the team was amazing, and the shutters are also amazing too! We will be using them again when we want to change any other shutters out!

I had a few companies round originally to quote for some shutters in the lounge but there was something about Leeza we just clicked and I thought what a lovely lady knows her stuff gives an honest opinion to me that means something. I ordered the shutters soon as possible with her and they arrived as promised, fitted straight away - really lovely team of fitters professional and clean honestly if I need anything else I would definitely go back to Leeza and recommend her. Not only are you supporting a local business but you really do get a fabulous customer service oh and great shutters lol!
