I was treated very respectfully when I called and with high regard for honesty. The variety and options to choose from were perfect and plentiful...., and the associate who worked with me who happened to be one of the owners, was so wonderful. She was prompt and professional and incredibly passionate about finding me the right men's bracelet with a matching necklace.
