Ben ward , has been my absolute rock from day one in my negligence claim he went above and beyond from the moment he took my claim on.
I cannot recommend this man and Ashtons legal enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star service , numerous visits to hospitals and home nothing was to much trouble for him and the team at Ashtons ( and not forgetting Tom West as well who kept me smiling all the way through this horrible journey. )
I truly with all my heart recommend Ben ward and Ashtons for any negligence claims. They are genuinely a company that cares and supports your entire journey from start to finish .

It took over a year to resolve a straightforward no-fault accident personal injury claim.
Ashton's representative rarely contacted me without me having to chase them first, and when they did eventually respond they gave me wildly inaccurate information.
I would seek another firm to represent me if ever I found myself in a similar situation. Avoid!

We have used Ashtons several times for property and land purchase and sale transactions - in each case they have always responded quickly with good advice to navigate the inevitable difficult issues these kind of transactions involve - we will use them for future transactions and can positively recommend them to anyone

I found them to be ok were quick to get me the Physio I needed some times it can take them a while to respond to messages and I did find then calls were not returned but overall not a bad company

I’ve contacted Ashtons on two separate matters in the last 6 months. The first was regarding a property sale, I chased them multiple times for a quote before giving up. The second was in regards to a company dispute again had to chased multiple times and still no response at this point. I was a long standing Steeles Law customer before Ashtons purchased them.

Claire Beckett and her amazing team dealt with both my sale and purchase transactions. My sale went through relatively easily but buying a leasehold property was problematic to say the least! (nothing to do with Claire I hasten to add) I found Claire to be professional, efficient, easy to reach and most importantly empathetic to my situation. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Claire for anyone thinking of buying or selling a residential property. Special shout out to Grace White and James Husher also part of Ashton Legal's residential conveyancing team.

I can't fault the service I received in preparing my Will. Cathy Savvas and James Brighton at Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich office were excellent. Everything was explained really well - terminology etc.

9 months on from no fault accident still no progress. Resent evidence many times. Made a complaint to Ashtons which was fully upheld and yet still no progress. Young inexperienced staff - very diligtory - you wait weeks before again asking about progress only to discover they didn’t correctly follow the last progress action promised and it’s another long wait before you can again request progress. Now they have referred to a forensic accountant seemingly out of spite. DO NOT USE if your insurance company refers you to Ashtons appoint a no win no fee solicitor of your own - you don’t have to use them and my advice is no one in their right mind would want to use this cowboy firm of legal halfwits.

Do NOT use Ashtons for handling your personal injury claim. The whole process was unnecessarily slow, almost seemed like they purposely dragged their heels. It took them a year to sort out the most simplest of crash compensation claims! I had to chase them up numerous times, no sense of care or urgency at all.

Have had to chase these people up and had a total lack of response. After over 3 years had a pathetic interim payment for an accident that was not my fault. As case has to be decided by a judge due to market value insurance not wanting to pay anything at all. Don't know if anything else has been sorted or any other pay-out has happened six months Later. My insurance company used them. I am Shure a full pay-out would have been received years ago with any other company and probably a lot more. Don't think they work for their clients and any money received now will be worth a lot less due to cost-of-living increase. Could not find any contact from company as stated bellow.

Not interested in taking n new clients. Several messages left and not one response back from Ashtons. Poor customer service.

We’ve just brought our first house and the only stressful part was this solicitor firm! They were recommended by Taylor wimpy but after this experience even they wish they didn’t give us their details! Constantly having to chase for answers, not being told that the lady who was dealing with us was no longer in the office and the fact that we were still signing paperwork a week before our move because they didn’t send us it for months! Just a terrible experience!

I recently purchased my first house. Ashtons were so professional and efficient in everything. They made the whole process so smooth. Kirsten was absolutely brilliant, she answered all my many queries again and again. Would definitely recommend them.

Barbara Heslop was brilliant to deal with, she responds quickly and has compassion. I was very impressed with her service compared to other solicitors I have been involved with and thank her and her team for all their hard work. Well done and keep it up

I have dealt with legal companies for the last 30 years and have to say this firm is bottom of the list, chase chase chase and have not got the decency to reply
would not reccomend at all
do not seem to like small cases, unfortunatley my insurance company choose them
