Choosing to study with the Asian College of Teachers (ACT) turned out to be a meaningful and enriching step in my professional journey. The course felt thoughtfully designed, with modules that were clear, practical, and relevant to real classroom situations. I found myself reflecting deeply on my own teaching practices rather than just focusing on theory, which made the learning experience far more valuable.

One of the biggest advantages was the flexibility of the online format. It allowed me to manage my other responsibilities while staying consistent with my coursework. The assignments were engaging and encouraged genuine application of ideas. Whenever I had questions, the support team was supportive and approachable.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to include more live interactive sessions to enhance peer discussion and engagement. Overall, it was a positive learning journey that strengthened my confidence and broadened my perspective as an educator.

I had no problem connecting to the online classes and my understanding of teaching became clearer. My trainers were very helpful and encouraged me to do well.

The content given to study was detailed and helped me to learn quite a lot about teaching non-native speakers as to how to speak English.
Assignments were checked on time and constructive feedback was given.
Contact person, my Mentor and other back-end services were promptly responsive and approachable whenever I needed them.
Webinars conducted were thorough, informative and helpful.

My only suggestion would be to include more material related to ON-LINE CLASSES and there should be ALSO recorded videos on ONLINE CLASSES; the final assignment of Micro-teaching should NOT be based only on offline class...an option should be there to choose from, particularly for teachers who are interested in online teaching jobs in the future.

The 500 Hour International Post Graduate Diploma in TESOL/TEFL from Asian College of Teachers was a well structured and practical course. I enhanced my teaching skill,strengthened my theoretical knowledge and boosted my confidence as an English Teacher. The assignments and modules were relevant and professionally designed. I chose to pursue 220-hour TEFL/TESOL certification with ACT. My learning experience with this course and ACT was truly great. All the modules were very well structured, and the combination of video lectures and course materials was more than sufficient to understand each concept clearly.
What I especially appreciated was how the assignments were designed. They gave us practical exposure to lesson planning, lesson procedures, and classroom strategies rather than just theoretical knowledge. This made the learning process much more meaningful and applicable.

The evaluation process was smooth and responsive, and whenever I had questions or doubts, they were resolved promptly and clearly. Having a mentor to guide us throughout the course made a big difference and added a strong sense of support.
Even though the program was conducted online, I did not face any major challenges that are usually associated with online learning. The module planning, course organization, and continuous support from the coordinator and staff made the entire process very easy and comfortable.
