The service was brilliant

After trying many online dating websites I joined AsianSingleSolution. The website was very easy to use and it was a nice change to find more like-minded people to get in touch with. Members on the website seemed genuinely interested in finding someone special. I’ve been lucky to have met someone through AsianSingleSolution and would recommend the website for those who are still searching.

Met someone on your site but didn't really use the services provided, but due to the bad experience and how you treat your members. Poor would not recommend you guys to anyone just due to your staff and support you guys give what a waste of time! I also have emails if anyone’s interested of the poor levels of service. Wouldn’t recommend!

As you can see from the response they have given and also asked several times to speak to a Manager and get told my case is close. Until i sent a request to speak to ombudsman then they decide to reply! Extra payment taken and on the same day told Tough!

Also i like the comment its a small payment! Just shows how my hard earned cash is peanuts to them!

I've met the love of my life. We plan on getting engaged next year so this site definitely works. Be prepared to talk to more than one person but it's worth it. I really recommend it. Easy to use. Price could be a little less though hence why I have not given it 5 stars. Other than that it's really good.

This website is a great idea and well implemented. I have recommended it to family and friends as it is easy to use and not full of spam robots, but people looking for genuine connection.  Well done.

On 8 July 2018 , I met a wonderful lady through this website. I had only messaged her once and just made one phone call before our date. To be honest that first meeting was one where the chemistry or spark was not there straight away. This lady was a slow burner, but in many ways this was better as every moment later was that much more magical. We have both recently decided to enter into a relationship. One thing I genuinely like about this site is it's very user friendly and they do hold events at some nice venues in London.
Over all a good experience and is recommend signing up to the premium plus as you have more flexibility to communicate with members.

Great way to meet other Asian singles. The site allows you to apply filters to search for specific singles. Chats allow you to exchange thoughts and conversations in a safe environment- although it can be cumbersome at times (particularly, scrolling through conversations). Other profiles seem to be genuine. I would recommend this site to anyone just starting off with online dating. Emails to the Asian Singles Team are promptly dealt with-reply within a few hours. Would have given a 5 rating but on setting up a profile you are expected to add a photo before you can read messages etc, not helpful for newbies who may be reluctant at first. Overall a great experience and I have hopefully found someone very special.
